This has saved me so many times from going to the ER visits due to panic attacks. I listen to this regularly. This meditation is truly a life saver for me
I just had to comment and say that I have consistently used this meditation for at least 5 years now. Every time I'm panicking, can't sleep from anxious thoughts, crying my eyes out at 3am, or whatever else is going on, this meditation is the only thing that calms me down. To the person who made this, I sincerely thank you. You have saved me and helped me time and time again, you say just what needs to be said.
I was just diagnosed with severe anxiety. During my first real anxiety attack my wife found this video for me to try. It really helps. Sometimes I have to play it 3-4 times, but it helps. Thank you!!!
Your meditations have been a tremendous help to me. I had a panic attack a couple of yrs ago, and called an ambulance. It was the first one I had and it was incredibly terrifying. I've been having them ever since. I'll go a month or two without one then they come back. I've had a couple this week. All because I worry about my heart rate, constantly thinking it's beating too fast, and it kinda spirals from there. These meditations have helped me a lot. To everyone that reads this, just know that you're not alone and you are loved. Blessings to you all.
The best, most immediate relief for anxiety/panic I have found yet for anytime of the day or night these feelings might hit you (like a truck or coming on slowly). THANK YOU for giving me back peace of mind and the knowledge that I CAN & WILL OVER COME THESE FEELINGS & NOT ONLY WILL I BE OK, I WILL THRIVE. What a precious and beautiful relief and gift 💝
I was just having a horrible panic attack, I thought I was going to have to go to the e.r. for sedatives. After a couple of minutes of this all of my symptoms nearly disappeared. Thank you so so much for this, from the bottom of my heart.
I started having Panic attacks out of nowhere 3 months ago. It is getting better and better each time because of magnesium but most of all people like you! I rarely subscribe. let alone comment on any videos, but I have to let you know that you are a lifesaver and I hope you and all the people watching this video the greatest things in life!
I was having an anxiety attack and I was freaking out, couldn’t breath didn’t want anyone around because it felt like I was being smothered, I quickly pulled my phone out and I’m so glad I found this. This brought tears to my eyes because it helped me so much and I thank you so much and may god bless your soul ❤️
I woke up at the middle of the night: heart beat pounding, it was getting harder to breathe, I was shaking and sweating. Your voice, your words, your vibration calmed me down. It took a good while, tho. I almost broke in to tears when you said "we are together in this". We don't know each other but I love you. I'm so thankful to you for this.
Thank you to the beautiful being that created this. I am having a severe panic attack. I’ve listened to this meditation on repeat for hours. It has helped me so much.
Had my first panic attack tonight, along with an asthma attack. Long after the breathing issues subsided, I was still panicking and feeling like I was going to die. I truly believe this video saved me. I've never felt anything like that before, and in a last ditch effort grabbed my phone and clicked the first video that came up. These were just the words I needed, delivered just the way I needed them. THANK YOU FOR THIS, from the bottom of my jittery, slowly recovering heart❤️❤️❤️❤️
I was having extreme anxiety and my emotions were getting very overwhelming... I stumbled upon this video and gave it a listen. I want to thank you for taking the time to put together this video... I really appreciate how it helped me... 💟 I will definitely listen to it again if needed... Namaste 🙏🏼
I was in the mists of having a massive anxiety attack. Honestly I didn’t know what else to do so I searched on UA-cam and this pops up. Honestly I’m so thankful I came across this page. Was really loosing my head. Thank you so much for the video!
that was the best meditation calm down I have listened to, I suffer with anxiety disorder. I would like to thank you for taking your time to make this 10/10.
To anyone struggling with anxiety: It will be ok. I have struggled with anxiety a lot lately, and meditation has been huge for me. I doubted it at first, but learning how to meditate helps you manage your emotions, in turn helping you manage your anxiety. Anxiety is the gift that keeps on giving, there is no true way out. But learning how to manage it can change your life. Instead of fighting anxiety, which I have done for years, accept it, and learn how to manage it. I hope this helps someone.
I've been having random anxiety attacks due to the COVID-19 situation. It was taking forever for me to calm down with deep breathing. I had another attack this afternoon and decided to see if there was something on UA-cam to help. This video was amazing--the counting, visuals, and narration actually brought me back to a normal setting and helped me feel so much more relaxed and positive. Thank you so much!
I stumbled upon this video about 3 months ago and I have used it many times. I'm having a panic attack as I type this, I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you because it has become a security blanket of sorts. I go to the bathroom where it is quiet, play this video and close my eyes and your voice becomes a guide. You speak so soft and you know exactly what to say. You truly have a gift my friend, thank you a million times. It means more to me than you realize.
I go to the bathroom also when I feel a panic attack coming on, don't know why, I just don't like nobody seeing me go through a panic attack and plus no noise in there so I can focus on meditation. I hate when this happens 😓 but I remind myself it will be over soon and tomorrow will be a new day
Thank you so much. I've had crippling panic attacks for 15 years and tried every solution - anything to avoid another ER visit. This meditation did the trick; 30 minutes ago I was considering the ER trip, but not any more. I'll be revisiting this video next time I'm feeling unwell - thank you.
I’ve been coming to this anxiety frequently for the past year and it has helped me so much. Since COVID started I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder. I have tried many different meds but none of them seem to help. THIS meditation really helps. A tip: don’t just hear the words, listen and no matter how uncomfortable you are, please try to follow along with the words. Once I calm down just a bit I will read all the rest of this videos comments from all the strong people who are in this with me. It makes me feel understood because people describe situations similar to mine. Remember this is just a feeling, think of it as a “temporary inconvenience like a headache” you can beat thi, mind over matter. Control your anxiety, recognize and admit your feelings but don’t try to distract yourself from them, work with them to come to a better understanding and mindset.
Wow what a beautiful meditation. I was in a huge panic attack with difficulty breathing and this completely took it all away! And the best part was the sweet words and how I learned to appreciate my body for wanting to protect me. I found myself smiling all the way through because I have never heard that approach to dealing with panic attacks. As Tim Lalonde said so well below, "whoever wrote this meditation, I love you!!! I could not have said it better. May this continue to touch and heal peoples lives. My heart goes out to all that deal with this, I have great love for you all!!!
This specific meditation is the only one I go to, it helps me every time I feel anxiety or panic, or even stomach pain. Every stress melts away like a fart in the wind!
You have no idea of how many times I listen to this to bring me back from the horrible dark place of a panic attack. I have suffered many years, from this debilitating condition. This video is the Only thing that can save my sanity.Thank you so very much. NEVER stop helping us.We need you to talk to us with your soothing voice.🦁
I come back to this time to time. So powerful. I'm back working in the office today and more people than usual are here, so I've been on the verge of a panic attack. I am feeling much better. Thank you.
This is the best anxiety talk down. You should repeat from the section where you say “you may notice another wave” and make it longer. Like 3 hours. That way it’s more than needed but the person can stay or go when they are ready
I thought I was alone when I felt the anxiety crawling onto me, but as I listened to this guided meditation, I didn't feel alone anymore, thank you, I was in a very bad place, but now I am sure everything will be fine
Whoever did this: you are so wonderful. You have no idea how immense this is helping me right now. I could barely type in the search and now I’m finally getting calmer. Unbelievable, thank you from the bottom of my heart! ♥️
Wow. Stumbled across this looking for a way to calm down because of medication withdrawal and weird panic attacks. I will never dismiss meditation again! This really, really works!
had a panic attack because I thought something horrible had happened to someone I love very much and kept having them. the second I heard the calming music, I knew this video would help and so far, it is. thank you.
I have extreme anxiety due to emotional relationship trauma & after searching so long & being new to meditation, I find myself coming to this video upon the onset of a panic attack. (Daily) Your words, breathing & the positive affirmations are so helpful plus I can sense (or maybe I just want to) your true concern & not making me feel alone. Thanks.
After 3 nights at the hospital after verry bad food poisoning. I got stuck in a loop of panic attacts cuz of the pain and the sickness. This video helped me so much i am so thankfull . It woke me up from the worst nightmare ever .
I just want who made this video to know that I have terrible anxiety and panic attacks. It's always a daily struggle. I found your video by happenstance and I just want you to know how helpful this video has been. Your compassion is indelible. I turn to this video very often when I'm suffering with an attack and it really helps and provides me with great comfort. Thank you I mean that thank you..
Thank you for this video. I am having such a bad day and I suffer from svt. I have extreme heart palpitations that are scary but this video has calmed me down so much. I’m in tears listening to you right now. I so appreciate you.
Since my mom passed on 12/4/2016, I have been suffering from anxiety attacks. This really helps. Also I had a very verbally abusive boyfriend. He broke up with me and left me broken but I feel free now.
The same happened to me when i lost my dad this past June. We were really close, an it was so unexpected. Worst thing i've ever been through. Hope you're doing well.
I don’t know what I’d do without this video. I’ve had this saved on my phone for years now and it’s the only thing that’s ever been able to help me when I’m having a panic attack. I’ve been having them since I was a young teenager and I’m 22 now and I’m so grateful for this video.
Wow my heart goes out to all of you 🥺 I thought me having them for a full day was hard.... You are all so strong and wonderful people.. it's good to feel it means we have heart!! Everything will be okay 💯💞
This the number one guide meditation that has help me so much battle and heal my panic attack and my anxiety. Thank You so much for all your hard work. Blessings 🕯
This has really helped me through difficult times. I like feeling my heart rate slow down when we do the inhale and exhale exercises. Slowing my heart rate down makes me feel like I'm in control of my body and helps me to find my center. Thank you for uploading this.
I started playing this last night. I have a needle phobia and was due to get my bloods today. I turned the lights off and lit a candle and dozed off lightening to it. I woke my up about 10 minutes before it finished and turned it off. I woke up, put my headphones in and listened to it until I walked through the doors to get my bloods done. I had my headphones in whilst I brushed my teeth, did my makeup and whilst I was in the car. To my shock I handled it very well. I usually cry, push the nurse away, swear etc. I’m usually in the room 25 minutes just to get my bloods done. Today I was in and out within 5 minutes because i was so calm. I also think it helped putting numbing cream on that helped me too. I HIGHLY recommend this video. I haven’t come across one so amazing!
This is one of my favorite guided meditations. I first found it when I traveled to Australia last June. I was panicking and panicking and couldn’t stop it. This became my go to track. I had UA-cam premium and had it downloaded so I could have it on hand. I owe so much to this guy. Sounds crazy but I’m very thankful for this.
Thank you so much for this beautiful guided meditation. I have been having on and off panic/heart racing feeling for absolutely no reason. This really helped bring my panic down from a 10 to about 3.
THIS LITTERAY SAVED MY LIFE‼️ I WAS ON MY WAY TO THE E.R. I REALLY THOUGHT I WAS HAVING A HEART ❤ ATTACK. AND I DO KNOW THAT ITS ACTUALLY MY BODY PANICING, DUE TO TO MY MENTAL THOUGHTS. TAKE CAPTIVE EVERY THOUGHT!!!. SAVED MY LIFW.
thank u this really helped I used to have panic attacks so bad id go to the er with guided meditation especially this video as soon as I feel the tightness in my chest I play this video and I'm able to stop it before it gets worse. it seems my attacks happen mostley late at night anyone else have this issue?
Tyler McNaught it's happening to me now and my chest is so tight I wen too the e r last time and they said my vitals were fine and it's called a panic attack and not how to fix it...
It's just so scary sometimes I know I'm just thinking too much but it feels so chaotic and overwhelming I really try to make myself feel safe I wish I could let myself know that on a subconscious level, this meditation really makes me feel like whatever I'm feeling is ok to feel I hope I can let myself know I'm there for myself always and that I am ok I am safe and supported, I hope my doubts disappear and so does everyone elses, I hope I can see the beautiful side of life again with the same surroundings the same environment but a calmer perspective I want to say Thankyou, it really means a lot that your voice is here to guide and support me in there times
This made me cry. Helped me forgive and accept myself in the moment and to let go. Thank you so much from a bottom of my heart. Peace and happiness to all of you.
@@bridgettepellicano7349 Glad I'm not the only one who feels this way, when I think about me being here in this world here and now it will usually get me worked up.
I have to say that this session is a God send. Thank you so much Jason..I don't even listen to this when I'm anxious alone; when I want to unwind or relax or get to sleep quickly.. I Iisten to this. I do it almost every day
Thank you so much. I cried a couple times on when mentioning worthy and whole. This will give me things to reflect on. This helped with my anxiety attack quite a bit. ❤
I suffer from severe panic, I listen to this every day, sometimes 2. The 1st meditation where I don't feel alone & Jason is with me the entire time, constantly telling me things I can't hear in my brain when panicking. Thanks, God sent me to you for a reason. ❤️
I just want to say thank you I suffered with covid not knowing I had it and in the middle of it I thought I had anxiety and my breathing was bad as I have had panic attacks before I came across the video when I was so Ill and you helped me with my breathing I'm.forever grateful thank you xxx
This video continues to ground me and is the main method I gravitate towards like without even being aware- before I go to my purse for a pill, I literally start panicking and have always intended on commenting but for some never have. My point is I have utilized this for 4 years now. I’ve been off benzodiazepines and i give this meditation a lot of the credit. I recently am back on them but I rarely need them. Four years. It still works for four years. And you can’t or I can’t grow immune to this and don’t need to up my dosage either ;). You’re amazing. Thank you so much. I literally just like scratched/clawed my chest? Idk why I used to do that when I was in elementary school having panic attacks it felt like I couldn’t breathe so my instinctual response? Clawing my freaking chest? Idk. I used my inhaler too many times and of course that made me feel like I couldn’t breathe at all? Like ten mins post use ok I’m rambling but it’s been four years and I still use this on a weekly sometimes hourly basis. Thank you so much. Sending love to anyone that read this far down lol love yall. Idk why “your forehead is smoothing out” always forces me to relax my forehead and the rest of my body follows- amazing Love xo
Just wanted to say thank you very much. I have a self inflicted panic attacks with a hangover. A full day of crazy amounts of adrenaline, I walked up a hill twice to get started expelling it. I have felt so silly and over indulgent but it’s allowed me to rationalise this and to not beat myself up and to realise that those around me or where’ve they may be who suffer these through their everyday make up, that I can feel more empathetic towards. Especially non verbal people whom I work with who have trouble expressing the exactitude of their stress and my lack of comprehension when it gets hard.
Thank you so much for this meditation, Jason. I was starting to panic for some reason and it has helped me tremendously; it actually stopped it in its track.
I have a traumatic brain injury that doctors are not helping me with and this meditation helps me when I think I'm going to die it helps me calm down and who knows it may actually be saving my life. Thank u so much
Best trick ever my sister who's 13 could barely be able to stop them within 1 hour to 2 hours but this stoped the panic attack before the video was even half way done
It has really helped me to the point that I want to cry, it just really calms you down , and I cannot thank you enough for making this video, I really love you so much !❤
I was having a really bad panics thinking about life and something that was going to happen, I only listened to this for about 5 minutes and felt so calm afterwards. Thankyou! I will definitely be using this multiple times over the next few days :)
This helped me so much going on 9 years with anxiety and panic attacks and I’ve gotten to the point where I can’t take them anymore and that’s how I feel every time they happen this overwhelming feeling of how can anyone live like this.... but I keep going somehow for the ones that love me.... for the one I made... someday this will all be over in the meantime I just enjoy what I can with this disorder....
Thank you thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏🕊 this not only calmed me down but I feel it was reprogramming my mind to be more kind to myself during the panic attack I was experiencing. All of your affirmations were debunking my fear-based thoughts which I usually 'run away from'. I also didnt feel alone or ashamed while I was listening either as your voice was calm and assuring🙏❤ love and blessings to you for making this and helping so many!🤗
Update i still use this an uve done so well when u did this cuz its helped me every single time ur voice is super soothing an mellow i just wana say thank you!!!
Whoever wrote this guided meditation, I love you. I don't know you, but your words are beautiful and brought me back from a scary place.
I agree 🙏🏼🌅

I thought I was alone when I felt the anxiety crawling onto me, but as I listened to this guided meditation, I didn't feel alone anymore, thank you, I was in a very bad place, but now I am sure everything will be fine
I'm having nightly panic attacks because of my wife having a stroke. This helped pull me into a space to face another day. Thank you
I've done so many meditations on UA-cam its unreal... but NONE compare to this guy Jason...literally the best
Whoever did this: you are so wonderful. You have no idea how immense this is helping me right now. I could barely type in the search and now I’m finally getting calmer. Unbelievable, thank you from the bottom of my heart! ♥️
This is very helpful. I have anxiety attack and whenever I experience panic, I just listen to it and it will make me feel calm and relax.
kath O. Is your anxiety and panic attacks different from one another?
@@IrishmeetsItalian yes because anxiety isn't always panic
@@IrishmeetsItalian anxiety attacks and panic attacks are also very different
Thanks.
So pleased that this helps Kathy, all the best to you. Keith
After 3 nights at the hospital after verry bad food poisoning. I got stuck in a loop of panic attacts cuz of the pain and the sickness. This video helped me so much i am so thankfull . It woke me up from the worst nightmare ever .
I had a relapse last year with my OCD. This video got me through the worst of it. Thank you.

Good that he's gone!
I hope you''re coping better now , best wishes x
you are loved and you are a child of god. you are beautiful
The same happened to me when i lost my dad this past June. We were really close, an it was so unexpected. Worst thing i've ever been through. Hope you're doing well.
Hope you are happy and healed soon stay strong.
I will listen to this as autumn and winter are coming and with them the darkness. We are not alone. Love
I don’t know what I’d do without this video. I’ve had this saved on my phone for years now and it’s the only thing that’s ever been able to help me when I’m having a panic attack. I’ve been having them since I was a young teenager and I’m 22 now and I’m so grateful for this video.
I'm going on a panic attack and anxiety for 3 hours. I'm tired. I hope this helps me.
I am for one week I can’t take it anymore
@@Jake-nx1of how are u doing now? Hope its betterxx
Mine has been for weeks
Mine has been for 2 solid months. I've had panic and anxiety attacks for 51 yrs now. I hate em so much. A panic attack makes you feel like your dying.
Your voice is so calm and soothing. “Inhale peace, exhale fear.” Thank you.

This is working, I just had a disturbing experience with an injured duck, who was being eaten alive by maggots. I really needed this… and a hug…
Oh no....
SorryRooster 21 thanks for that image.
I love your voice I take this with me everywhere I go.I have constant anxiety. Thank you
It's just so scary sometimes I know I'm just thinking too much but it feels so chaotic and overwhelming I really try to make myself feel safe I wish I could let myself know that on a subconscious level, this meditation really makes me feel like whatever I'm feeling is ok to feel I hope I can let myself know I'm there for myself always and that I am ok I am safe and supported, I hope my doubts disappear and so does everyone elses, I hope I can see the beautiful side of life again with the same surroundings the same environment but a calmer perspective I want to say Thankyou, it really means a lot that your voice is here to guide and support me in there times
I have started crying before 10mins into this. I think i am calming down. Thank you for the video. May God bless you
This made me cry. Helped me forgive and accept myself in the moment and to let go. Thank you so much from a bottom of my heart.
Peace and happiness to all of you.

I hope you are okay now
Sometimes focusing on your breathing makes it worse
@@arkcanh0w1 I agree

I suffer from severe panic, I listen to this every day, sometimes 2. The 1st meditation where I don't feel alone & Jason is with me the entire time, constantly telling me things I can't hear in my brain when panicking. Thanks, God sent me to you for a reason. ❤️
this works,,very earthy, beautiful, and helpful,,love it
I just want to say thank you I suffered with covid not knowing I had it and in the middle of it I thought I had anxiety and my breathing was bad as I have had panic attacks before I came across the video when I was so Ill and you helped me with my breathing I'm.forever grateful thank you xxx
I had to watch it 4 times to finally get back to a calm like state.the anxiety was still there but it did help !
This is a lifesaver. The words are perfect and really helped me feel a lot better.
Idk why “your forehead is smoothing out” always forces me to relax my forehead and the rest of my body follows- amazing
Love xo
Thank you dear Jason
Thank you my friend! You have helped me out twice now and I am very grateful. This is a wonderful meditation and very soothing.

Wonderful.will listen again later for sure.

I realised my mum was having a panic attack and played this. You saved her life. Thank you so much.
I was having a really bad panics thinking about life and something that was going to happen, I only listened to this for about 5 minutes and felt so calm afterwards. Thankyou! I will definitely be using this multiple times over the next few days :)
Thank you Jason, anxiety in this form came New to me after a surgery.
Your meditations and your voice help me.
I also didnt feel alone or ashamed while I was listening either as your voice was calm and assuring🙏❤ love and blessings to you for making this and helping so many!🤗
Thank you I was having a bad panic attack. This really helped.
