BEER BATTERED BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES | BRIAN'S KITCHEN

Amongst all wing sauces there is one that reigns supreme...BUFFALO WING SAUCE! What better food to add it to (next to chicken wings, that is) than CAULIFLOWER? But, not just any cauliflower, BEER BATTERED CAULIFLOWER!
Hope you all enjoy this recipe!
Recipe:
- 1 head of cauliflower cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 cups of all purpose flour seasoned with some salt and pepper for dusting the bites
For the Batter:
- Any beer will do! About 340ml...
- 1.5 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter or ghee
