@@theo4884 Its true. The male tiger ate a villagers cow so the villager poisoned the carcass causing the tiger to die. In the next video you can witness the female calling out for her mate oblivious to the fact he is dead.
Actually, it's been documented fairly recently that it isn't uncommon for a male tiger to periodically visit the female and their cubs as they're growing. I'm sure there's clips of it here on YT somewhere.
Will be interesting to see if tigers will live in small family groups. With their habitat shrinking, they might team up ( sisters). Been filmed before. When 3 or 4 sisters who were rivals came back to their mothers territory where one of the sisters ( the dominant one) had won the territory from the mother and soon they hunted bigger prey together and stayed in the same territory. Perhaps they split up after a while but it sure is an interesting thing to see .
Ashutosh Kumar The habitats are shrinking. Over population of people and their need of shelter and destroying lands for product and money is not some kind of myth
NO I JUST SAW THE ONE WHERE SHE FOUND OUT HE WAS DEAD. I never knew tigers found long term mates. I mean more than a day. I cried when I noticed the death one first and now this one
They don't have long term mates generally. A tigress can have five litters from 3-4 different fathers depending on which is the dominant male around. In some rare cases, a dominant male is dominant for very long and then the tigress and tiger are kind of in long term parenting cycles. But, father tigers are involved to a little extent because cubs have been seen interacting with their fathers.
Franco Yauri I know what it's like to lose. To feel so desperately that you're right, yet to fail nonetheless. It’s frightening. Turns the legs to jelly. I ask you, to what end? Dread it. Run from it. Destiny arrives all the same. And now, it's here. Or should I say, I am.

We never saw any animal for about two years ( because we never get in deep, that costs alot) we used to sit on a small cliff, with some music, cold winds tickling our face and the sun hiding behind the mountains. We used talk, but sometimes it feels to not talk and feel the beauty of nature. My dad is CA (charted accountant) there, so have some reach in there. I saw a tigress giving birth to a cub with my nacked eyes. That was the most painful and most eye opening moment for me. Nature is the real wealth. Save it.
Tigers cannot get lonely (3:23). Otherwise nature would have selected those who got lonely out because they would have been ineffective hunters. The survivors would have been social animals like lions. The emotion of loneliness is nature's way of keeping those animals that need to be together to survive drawn to each other. In nature nothing goes to waste including emotions.
Pausen Think I don't know why loneliness would make you an ineffective hunter. You have to ask nature that. But tigers are solitary creatures like leopards and they survived quite well being solitary. Therefore they're not lonely otherwise they would be looking for other tigers to hang out with.
Just because they can survive alone, doesn't mean they don't get lonely. I imagine they get used to it but after 3 years of living in group with their brothers, sisters and parents, to live alone must be painful at first. Even bears, who are a lot more solitary than tigers, have been observed to be saddened by the separation. Even lions can become solitary if they have to but they'd rather live in groups. The reason tigers live mostly solitary is because the enviroment in which they live is not suited for a group lifestyle. Otherwise, tigers have all the characters of a social animal. And they are not 100% solitary. There have been recorded cases of tigers forming groups, even if temporarily.
As I said nothing in nature goes to waste including emotions. When organisms get 'lonely' it's emotionally painful and therefore they do something to remedy that feeling of loneliness. Humans who get lonely seek out others or if that is not an alternative they take drugs or alcohol to mask the pain of loneliness. Some commit suicide. Same way with animals. If they got lonely they will be driven to be with other animals. For animals drugs are not an option. But there's no evidence that tigers routinely try to form social groups which they would do if they were trying to combat loneliness. Therefore they do not get lonely. They perhaps may get bored but boredom and lonliness are two different things. And 'missing' something or someone is also not indicative of being lonely. For example you may miss a friend you had in high school who you no longer keep in contact with but that doesn't mean you are currently lonely.
@@pikppa If they were lonely, they would have got attracted to form groups. Simple fact is they don't that means they are happy to be alone.
