    In this video, I discuss another technique for managing worries and anxiety: practicing mindfulness. A mindful stance allows us to stay grounded in the present moment, making it easier to resist the urges to worry. Midfulness practice is a widely used strategy in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety disorders and, in particular, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).
