Hi, thanks so much for your incredible video. Unfortunately I saw this after appealing and I can’t see any update from them? How do I add additional information to the case and how long does it take them to usually review everything? They have deleted my 20y business and reviews and I’m losing business and sleep!
I'm so sorry to hear and I totally understand how devastating that might be. Google can be a cruel beast. You're going to have to wait until they let you know whether or not your listing can be reinstated. Only then you will be able to appeal the decision if you get turned down. It usually takes a few days for them to process

How are you able to submit an appeal to the decision? I don't see that option. :(

It is over 12 days, my business is suspended and there is no response to my appeal. How long can it take ?

It can take up to two weeks so be patient

Do you have utility bills that shows your business name? If so use that instead

What do I do if my appeal was approved and I received the message letting me know that this has been completed and will reinstate in 24 hours, but it never happened and I cannot even explain this to an automated system that there is an issue.
How do you know it never happened? Can you not see your listing? How long ago did you receive the email?

You can use residential addresses. So if you provide services in various areas you say no addresses just list areas?? Project manager i used residential address and now expanding in another state . What should i do? I just used one account with one address and added another in diff state. Bs so annoying
If you don’t meet customers in person at your business address and instead visit them at their location, you shouldn’t display an address on your profile. According to Google’s guidelines, your service area should also be set within a two-hour radius from your location.

My business page has been suspended for a year. I have done everything. I have sent mail with business address. Pictures of the address and nothing. Still suspended going on 2 years now. It doesn't tell me why its suspended...its very strange

For service area business what address I'm going to enter on appeal form the full address that seen on my business license or the service area only ?

I have a moving buisness, i have the city name followed by best movers. Do you think thats why i got suspended? It just says deceptive content...
If it's how you represent your business in real life and you have the paperwork to justify the business name then no. Are you showing an address on your listing? This is often another reason why listings gest suspended when they are a service type of business.
@rankingacademy no there's no address, and yes I have a buisness license for the moving company. I was just thinking having the city name in the name of buisness is the problem
Hey mate, can you make a specific content about how to select SAB service area on GMB? I read that the areas can't distance from 2 hours driving from base address.
Also suggest how can we choose those spesific areas easily using chatgpt? Do I need individual landing pages focusing those service area keywords which I used in GMB? do I need to target same keywords for ranking both website & GMB? What will be the process?

I just set mine up and immediately was suspended I then appealed with business license and waited then finally then they sent me a denial email

Luc, my business is losing ranking for keywords. What can i do? Things were great before the updates, but now things have slowed, and rankings have gone down.
Before what updates? Rankings aren't fixed in stones, they change over time. May be your competitors are doing better?
I don't know what I did wrong to begin with!!!

What does this mean? I have a catering business with a service area and not an address so how can it be that it doesn't exist in the location?
Did you show an address on your listing to begin with? Do you make face to face contact with customers?
My account was suspended, so I closely followed the guidelines and your instructions. I even submitted my Business Registration Certificate as evidence. Yet my appeal was declined. Apparently my business has "Content that violates our policies on deceptive content and behavior isn't allowed. Deceptive content intentionally misleads or deceives others."
I run a cleaning business. I don't even have photos linked to my profile. How on earth am I deceiving people with my content? I don't know what to do now... it won't allow me to submit another appeal.

hmmm. If you watched the video till the end you can see it is possible to appeal the appeal. Have you tried that? But before, it looks like there is something with your profile that still needs fixing. Not sure what it is but make sure you go through it with a with a toothcomb
Hello and Thank You, I am really stuck with my GMB. After watching your video I have figured out why I was suspended. I had submitted my lease agreement with my name only and not pictures, which I wish I would have seen your video first. My appeal was denied and now I keep going around and around. How can I resubmit my appeal. I have almost 50 reviews and have had my account since 2019 I don't want to lose it. Can you please HELP!!!

Okay, so this month we got 5 google profiles Unsuspended. 2 profiles were denied, however all proof was submitted as usual, like 10 pieces of proofs, pictures of location etc. These guys are unpredictable. How do I get in touch with them to look at it again?
You can first appeal the decision by providing additional evidence beyond what you originally submitted to increase the chances of your listing being reinstated. If the appeal is unsuccessful, submit a ticket on the Google Business Profile support forum, where a moderator may escalate your case. If all efforts fail, there may be no further action you can take.

My account was suspended for deceptive content after I was approved, I sent them my business license as evidence. I fixed my service areas and took out my adresss and took out the (inc) in my business name after watching your helpful videos. I did all these changes while my appeal was in progress. However it's been in progress for 3 weeks. I'm stuck and don't know why it's taking so long. Any advice would help Thank you
It can take some time for google to get back to you depending on backlog. Give it another few days and hopefully it will be fixed. If not try reaching out to them here: support.google.com/business/gethelp Don't try creating another profile

Hi sir, I was just making a new business profile for my new business and suddenly they suspended my listing. for deceptive content. I have provided a business license and tenancy contract . can Google approve that evidence. where my business is located. 2 years ago there was another business and they do not change address. kindly advise me what I do in that case. I have all business documents business registration, sewerage bills, tenancy contract, signboard pictures.

WHY do they do this when all you did was add another address. It reads violate community guideines. Like what??? So many have various addresses.

I already submitted my appeal and didn't submit any documents is there anything to do show them I'm a legit business and get re instated.
You'll just have to wait until Google gets back to you. If your requests gets denied you'll have one last chance to appeal the appeal and include documents

I received appeal declined. I provided a copy of my business license and real estate license. I tried to file another appeal but can't submit my info. I think I accidentally applied for physical location when I first entered data. I changed it to show service business and don't display address prior to first appeal. I was only provided video option for verification. Any suggestions? Thanks

what happens if we cannot submit the documents during the 60 minutes? what will happen?
Then your appeal will be processed without any documents which is not ideal at all and will greatly minimize your chances of being reinstated

surely theres a way, we haven't intentionally tried to void googles policy, and were doing what we can to rectify and fix issues, what about starting new business? New name address starting a fresh

Your profile must be in violation with Google's guidelines.
All I got was a message saying I was in violation of google community guidelines. Here in the UK we don't usually have a license or registration for all trades and all of my bills are paperless and only registered in my own name and not that of my business. It seems very irresponsible to penalize small businesses in this way especially given the current economic climate.
Are you saying there isn't any official paperwork with your business name on it? Paperless can be printed
@@rankingacademy that is correct. As a sole trader in the UK I can just work as a painter and decorator without having to register except for tax which is in my own name. I use the name "Traditional decorator" solely as a marketing name.

You can't reset your GBP. It takes a little while to recover your ranking positions

If you're not eligible for an appeal it means your business doesn't meet the criteria for a listing so there isn't anything you can do about it.
You can try the additional appeal shown in the video. It worked for me.

My google page got suspended. And I just tried to appeal my google page(by mistake I submitted without any evidence), so I tried to upload the documents and write the explanation, but I closed the page by mistake (it shows me that submitted)
