I’ve have the same issue it gives me the error : “Your business is not visible to customers” I go through the process to reinstate it , clicking “take action” in the help center > “Confirm your account” > “select business profile” > I choose my business name,> I get ":no info found" on the last page. At this point it taking me in circles. I've reach Google with no response.

My business profile got Suspended by Google, I did file appeal but accidently i submitted it without submitting supported documents. Now I can't re submit. Is there sorten time till I can re submit or is any other way to re submit documentation? Thank you

I had same issue but thomethics helped me it can be so frustrated but thomethics will fix it for you he is a verified Meta agent
