Anne was hired as employee number one of the Braintrust talent marketplace and was instrumental in building the network from the ground up, leading everything from the go to market strategy and public facing launch, to developing the operational infrastructure to support a company with 50 employees, thousands of customers, and over 1M talent around the globe.
    ​Prior to joining Braintrust, Anne worked in media communications for OZY Media, Smithsonian Magazine, the New York Daily News, National Geographic, and FOX Business Network. Anne is a proud graduate of Boston College and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, two year old son, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

    ​Head of Client Partnerships
    ​Grady is the Head of Client Partnerships at Braintrust, creator of the world's first end-to-end AI recruiting tool Braintrust AIR. Grady has led the client-facing teams at Braintrust since inception, growing the network from a stealth mode startup to generating over $200M in revenue in under three years. Grady built the network’s go-to-market strategy and secured partnerships with leading Fortune 1000 companies like Google, Bank of America, Cisco, Goldman Sachs, Spotify, Walmart and many more.
    ​Prior to building Braintrust, Grady spent much of his career leading enterprise sales teams within the traditional IT service companies like Concentrix, ServiceSource, and Convergys. Grady is a proud graduate of Colorado State University and resides in Denver with his wife, newborn son and chickens.
    ​Porter Williams
    ​Porter Williams is currently the VP of Customer Success at BrightHire, an Interview Intelligence platform driving innovation with generative AI in the hiring process. With over 14 years of experience leading post-sales teams in HR technology startups, Porter has a proven track record of driving success at the intersection of technology and talent acquisition. His journey started at HireVue, where as one of the early employees, he helped build the foundation for companies to transform their hiring with video interviewing and AI-driven assessments. He later held leadership roles at Pluralsight and BetterUp, where he focused on L&D and Talent Development practices, both leveraging machine learning and AI to tailor end-user experiences.
    At BrightHire, Porter leads efforts to help their customers leverage AI to transform the hiring process. His global experience includes building and scaling operations across Europe during expat assignments in the UK for both HireVue and BetterUp, giving him a unique global perspective on HR innovation.
