We stand by our craftsmanship and believe that we should fix everything possible before replacing anything.
Worn spots, rips, tears, busted seams, slices, bonks, twisters, oopsies and ohshits are all no problem.
If you ran a pair through the chipper or left them in the burn pile, those are not coming back, sorry to break it tooya. We can work magic but we draw the line at bringing back the dead. We also can't make anyone fall in love with you so please stop asking.
Last year I sent a pair back that I felt wore through one finger tip prematurely. They repaired the one hole as well as reinforced another finger tip on the same glove and also one on the other glove. They shipped the gloves back without charging for postage. All within a week. Most likely the best customer care from any company I have dealt with
I got a finger tip repaired a little while ago. They did such a good job my dad stole those repaired gloves on sight! Keep em close!!
I think its an awsome idea and have a pair of gloves that have been repaired already but need it again. I think it would be worth reinforcing every finger while you have them there! If your wearing through a couple fingers the others are not far behind it. I actually would love to see the finger tips reinforced on the inside and the outside like in this video right from the factory when purchased! This seems like it would be worth doing to make the longest lasting gloves possible!
