Just installed nearly identical Megan Racing rear toe arms, and I can confirm that you can remove and reinstall the adjustment bolts without removing the adjacent brackets once you have the ball joint unseated.
I really appreciate that. I do my best! I’ve got a lot going on right now but I do have some videos filmed, they’re just not edited. LS400 calliper conversion is complete! 🙏🏻
Love the videos. Just a quick question hopefully you can help out. I am about buying an IS 200 for a beginner drift car but where I am only have autos. Can the auto drift or is the manual the only way? Thanks!
Glad you enjoy the videos. Thanks for watching! The auto absolutely won't drift. You should ALWAYS opt for a manual for drifting. No exceptions. Good luck! 👍
Hey everyone I’m here again I got my Lexus IS 300 2004 only issue I’ve found is that some lights on the dashboard don’t work like there’s no high beam light on dashboard and the right turn light on the dashboard light up any solutions?
hey man, love your videos! they're the best out there for IS300, thanks so much for the detailed steps! I saw that you plan to replace all suspension arms on an upcoming video, looking forward to that! I've just bought Mega Racing rear arms, removed all the rusted oem ones, and was wondering if there's ANY way to install the new arms without removing the sub frame. Thoughts? thanks!
Hey man! Thanks so much for the kind words! 🙏🏻 I’m honestly not sure. Which arms? Upper or lower? I assume you mean Megan? Chassis and suspension is next on my list… I literally just finished the manual swap today! 😋
@@shizukesajdm yep, Megan. Both lower and upper. Will give it a shot without removing the subframe. I’ll be learning from your manual swap, would love to do the same here. Cheers!
@@menetorres 1. I doubt you have to remove the subframe 🤔 2. The manual swap is complete! Check my Instagram and you’ll see! 😋 Videos coming in the following weeks!
I really really wouldn’t. The rule should generally be “If you can’t afford the fuel for the car, you can’t afford the car” 🤷🏻♂️ use lower octane at your own risk.
@@shizukesajdm the bottom rear arm that holds the base of the shock absorber there is an adjustable camber bolt there is that just for camber or caster as well?

No you can't stop lying
I love how thorough your videos are, cheers for that!
You're absolutely welcome! This is why I do it! 👍
I'm so glad I live in a place with no snow, barely any rain, etc. Only problem we have is faded paint, and cracked dashboards.
I’d rather deal with that than rust :( I won’t be sticking around in the UK for many more years that’s for sure!
Learn so much every video even though I don’t have a Lexus! 😅
Thanks for watching man! 😃🙏🏻
@@shizukesajdm Anytime, I always appreciate the effort you put into your videos mate! 😇🙌🏾

Oh man you alife! Nice wideo waiting for more👍
Damn..salting roads is a bummer. I have the exact same car, down to the colour in NZ. Not a spec of rust on it.
Yep… could also be from the coastline. But yeah they salt the roads here even though the winters are super mild 😅
Great video as always mate,
Thanks! I try 😋 thanks for watching!
Hey buddy where is the turbo kit install videos?
There’s so much more to come before that. Manual swap first 👍🏻 follow my Instagram for updates! 😊
Do you need the cam bolts if it’s adjustable? I wouldn’t have thought so…?!
Nah, but I just wanted OEM parts :)

@@shizukesajdm Cheers mate will go for the manual. Just hoping one comes up for the right price :)

wait so you need to buy extra parts when getting these arms? this goes for any car??
I only did so because my OEM bolts were old and worn! :)

Did you do a rear camber kit as well to help with lowered ride height?
Nope.
Marvelous... Informative and funny.

If you can't afford the gas just buy a Corolla 🤦🏾♂️
is the lower control arm bolt for camber adjustment of just that toe arm?
I’m not sure I understand your question, can you rephrase?

Man, the number of times I went "😏" is embarrassing HAHA So I guess we're still doing phrasing? 😄
I believe jack stands is correct in British English, and axle stands is American English.
I can confirm we say jack stands as well
It does seem that way. I just thought I was saying it wrong all these years haha
No Americans say jack stands also
@@justinrogers3690 yeah, either I had it backwards or they are interchangeable terms.

Nice video bro! We should do a collab one day 😉
Maybe in the future! :) thanks for watching man! Give that IS200 some care! 👍🏻

I’ve only ever heard them referred to as axle stands in the uk 😅🤷🏻♂️

It’s really not. Merely surface rust.
