You always have so many different projects going on that would take a regular human enough time to tackle, lol. Thanks for always bringing us along. We learn so much from ya!
Yep, if i had reliable friends as he does i could get a lot more done lol
Meth helps them a lot
Man your sidekick there looks totally different from like a year ago. Obviously lost a ton of weight. Good on him!!! He's probably starting to look like he did back in high school.
yeah, he sure lost weight and forgot to adjust his pants size, which is why they are hanging down below his a$$. Nice to see his underwear. 😵💫
Whenever I see that you have posted a video I rub my hands together and get ready for an adventure. In this one, as usual you get right to it. No dithering. Times a wasting, the kids are growing up, let's roll. You add just the right amount of narrative.
Keep going young man.
Gotta love how much like Lego big trucks are. You get a frame, stick an engine and transmission you like in there (maybe change it later idk) and slap a cab on top. Use it like that until it's not what you need anymore, then make it into something different.
Wow, that truck would of cost a fortune to commission and build, being that it was a Hi-rail service truck. Another epic build series in the making Jesse.
You could use that crane in your new shop ! There is also a small fortune hydraulic lines and fittings on that rig. Now, you can call it the International Frankenliner !
Just found your channel, looks like a great project! I run the same truck and love it. I wish mine had an exaust brake, never seen that before on these. That is the good 466E just EGR, very stout engines. Just be ready for electrical problems they all have them. Can't wait to see the rest of the build. I bet your power issue is the connections for your injector driver module or your injector pressure regulator. The female sides of the connectors get worn thin and vibrate around. Check the injector driver relay in the fuse box on the fender. The plug sockets get loose under it and it can cause what your getting. If you need any info on that old girl just ask and I'll try to help. Thanks for sharing with us!
ok thanks
A post-1980s truck with wing side vent windows, I didn't think such a thing existed. That alone makes it a good score.
You have one of the best channels on UA-cam.
yes he does!
You should check out Stony Ridge Farmer, Hands down the best DIY Channel! You may also like Andrew Camerata
@@CITYNEWSSUPPORT ya ive been watching andrew for years.i liked his channel better when he actually rebuilt stuff..
@@newenglandscenic8952 Andrew is awesome! I do prefer when he works alone for some reason. When he has people around he does not seem like himself.
You could get that Crain working and mount it in one of the corners of your tool garden for pulling engines and such
Jesse Tip 4 ya!! = Turn the crane into a jib crane for the new shop. Building the shop around it.
dang you do more in an afternoon than Ive done in my whole life lol
Love hearing Noah talk now, he's so funny. This will be a great project, looking forward to the videos of it.
The front end of the truck looks pretty good already. I like the grill. This is going to be a treasure to watch. Captain Kleeman is doing a similar type of project and I'm glued to it. Look forward to it!
Jesse you should have over a mil in subscribers.
Still ONLY one way to go and that's Up.
we have an FL80 4x4 same year as yours but a 7 speed spicer,3126 cat and 35000 pound winch for pulling out stuck drill rigs!! She"s semi retired now but is a favorite to drive and literally goes anywhere!
Oh boy, I'm super excited for this project along the garage one, plenty of things to see and enjoy following your upcoming adventures Jesse, thanks for posting regularely too, that's so appreciated!
I admire your fearlessness !!! no job is too big! One step at a time. Thanks for sharing.
I’m a big fan of your channel over others. You care about equipment, your family, and the environment. Other people would just cut those hydro lines and not care about the leaking oil. I’ll always be here to watch your projects.
Great Video! I'm looking forward to following your progress through this project.
Keep that inverter it'll come in handy.
Lookin forward to this series and see how this all comes out..
Good eye everything you have shown today has great potential Jesse's Dream truck i can dig it.
Yes, many major railway and utility companies use hydraulic tools such as hammers or rams with service trucks.
Awesome video. Looking forward to future videos. You should definitely put that plow mount to use and put a plow on the international.
This is going to be an epic build. Thank you for bringing us along!
One of those adapters that you can attach to a pressure washer to sand blast metal would work good for cleaning up that frame.
Interesting comparison with the sawsall and grinder, i would have thought the grinder would have been far quicker than what it was
Recycling and salvage! way cool !
Man, you never stop. Always project after project.
Nice looking truck!
Great beginning!!!
Thanks for another GOOD video.
What a journey you have put yourself on! It's very exciting, and I can imagine how it will end! Thanks for sharing! 😊
Love your videos Jesse - informative and interesting.
Only 2 trucks to make 1? Captain Kleeman used 3. 😉😂 Love these kind of videos.
Do you remember if Kleeman needs a dump bed? I think the one he ripped off the old truck was rusted dead.
Love your channel. Thanks
You’re gonna want to make sure that when you’re cutting your old hydraulic line as close as possible to an old bird nest. That way if it happens to catch fire you stay warm and adds some extra light. Killing to stones with one joint. Mint..
Amazing Video. Can't wait to see more episodes. Thanks for all the work you put into these videos.
Wow ,,, great video,
Your Family is so very beautiful.
Looking forward to the progress and the finished product. 👍
Looking forward to more videos on the crew cab great video thank you for sharing well done guys
Thanks for sharing your dream with us!
I'm looking forward to the series
Look forward to this upcoming series.
Fun project 😀 glad you recycled the hoses
Great idea Jess cant wait to watch the process.
You have a great helper nice guy.
👍👍
Wow you guys pass the basketball hall of fame in Springfield Massachusetts.
Im so jealous Jesse. Looking forward to this.
Top blog Jess cart wait till next one here in uk 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👍👍
So excited for the upcoming videos on this project 🤩 Restoring or modding big machines really catches me!
Very amazing project
This is amazing this is going to be fantastic
😂 Right @38:16 I can hear Mom yelling No!!! Ive noticed that in the last video too. Noah seems to be a handful! Wonderful boys with a great dad! Keep doing what you're doing !
Hi Jesse i'm 83yo, my 84th b/day will be May 30. This is the stuff i like to watch having been driving trucks since 1957 when i was 17. That International is a good deal, with a little work it can be transformed into a reliable tractor unit for your lowboy, although i heard Noah saying he liked the FreightLiner, LoL. I will be very interested in this project Jesse. Uncle Bob.
What a time to be alive eh. You can watch and relive years of your youth while sitting in your layZboy.
Sure beats that Golden Girls kinda TV garbage of years past. Unless that was your thing. But I'd definitely prefer this real life stuff and learn a bit along the way
Happy early birthday there young feller.
Gonna be a sweet truck when done!!
Cool project
Definitely going to be a good Build Jesse Can’t wait for the next video
Cool truck, can’t wait to see the finished product
"Can I drive it" 😂❤ Noah is so cute.
Nice project indeed 👍
Excited about this one cant wait!
I would move that rear axle forward like you were thinking. Cool projects can't wait to see that shop go up.
If you used a blunted air hammer bit and hit them fittings a few times they would come right off trick for next time lol
ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO, JESSE. YOU ARE THE MAN OF ALL TRADES. AND YOU MAKE IT A LOOK SO SIMPLE. MY GOD CONTINUES TO BLESS YOU.
That's going to be one he'll of a family cruiser, awesome video as always
Another awesome video Jesse. I love the cheeky nod to Noah every time Pat cries out "You're good!" 😉
This set of videos are gonna be awesome! Looking forward to video 2 of the series..Pat and the Famous " GOOD!!". Is Pat still lossing weight, Looking good! He is losing his pants and some of the video. gonna need some suspenders Pat🙂Taking off the last of the boxes, you could see the bed was all rusted out and just gone.wondering would it be worth it for just scrap weight?? WOW all those hoses was like working through spaghetti. Pat Wins! on cutting the metal straps! GOOD!!
Jeepers Jesse. Another big project.
THIS IS GOING TO BE AWESOME!
Edit: I was right, it is an awesome video! Looking forward to this series. Nice work Jesse and Pat
Massive job mate, I am along for the journey with you ✌️❤️
One talent guy can do anything
I've seen some of these kitted out for camping and they look so cool, can't wait to see how this project turns out. Gonna be a great vehicle for the family, all sorts of adventures ahead.
Cool project im already watching jc smtih so this is definitely worth the watch
Impressed with idea and work😊😊😊😊p
Looking forward to this project.
Interesting project! Lots of fun watching and I look forward to seeing how easy it is to mount the transfer case on the white truck.
Cool project! White one looks like an old "peco" truck. A power company around Philadelphia.
The railroads have some really neat equipment. It's a shame to see all those boxes, crane, hi-rail equipment mostly go to the scrap heap.
Seems the railroad ripped off the hi-rail stuff before he got it.
Sure was fun seeing all the stuff come off, all that rust would be nice to paint the frame black
Can’t wait to see the progress.. this project brought me back to the channel (:
1 of the best channels i follow on YT. And again a nice new series to follow too
Another great and interesting project. Can't wait for you to finish your shop. You had inches to spare on the lowboy.
“Going across state lines, driving 4-5 hours” and I’m over here in Texas like… did he mean crossing city limits? lol Sounds like it’s going to be a super cool project though and I’m looking forward to it!
Yea out west distances are just different lol
Love your channel ❤️ 💕 ♥️ 💖 😊
Good video
I use to be highway superintendent in my town we had many dt466e powered internationals and had good luck .
In 09 when we got into the dt570 max force they did have some issues usually with egr cooler and few other not huge issues . Good luck with the build . Cool channel 👍
I was just at MATS and talked to the guys at Bullet Proof Diesel and they have EGR coolers to replace most of the common brands of HD and Light duty motors. They said they've never had a failure yet
Regarding the defueling / surging: I work on a fleet of these things. First thing you want to do is clean the prefilter screen prior to the spin-on fuel filter. It’ll probably be caked with grit and rust from the tank. Clean it up, and change the fuel filter before doing anything else.
These internationals are bad about the coolant leven sensor going bad, but it doesn’t cause the truck to de-rate. When it fails it will display CHECK COOLANT on the dash, and shut the engine off completely after running for about 30 seconds. Same for low oil pressure.
I live in the state next door and have worked on my fair share of rusty junk. I do not envy you at all!
Just looking at this truck I am not surprised with the sawzall action. It is really the only way to deal with a truck with this level of rust.
going to be a very nice truck went done
That crew cab International was a railroad section truck and the hyrail gear was removed prior to being retired, we have similar but larger crew cab tandem section trucks with larger booms or cranes and we have lots of railroad hand and hydraulic powered tools, torch set etc.
I like the fact that you have Hardy on loop.
That's a huge project, and your off to a good start.
Ya, finish shop first.
All the best !!!😎👍👋🌟✌️🇨🇦
Happy Easter to u and the Family ❤!
Congrats for truck...
Awesome 😎 😊😊😊😊
How I hated those Freightliner Century class trucks I think they were called. I was so happy when I got a Columbia...so much more room inside and you could see over the nose. Major improvement.
2:07. I don’t know man, that just made me chuckle. I would be thinking that you know it’s gonna be a good day when it starts off like that!
very cool truck. #jealous
You should put that crane in the corner of your shop on a lazy Susan. It's capable of pulling any engine of any vehicle that would fit in your shop. Plus it would make some good content.
Love the background rooster!
Another great video and other great project. And on the side note that magnasine inverter can come in pretty handy after all some solar panels are pretty cheap....
