    I took the nori seaweed and blended it in a dry vita-mix blender and made an unseasoned nori powder. Trust me it will make this recipe or any others like a Poke bowl very good!

    If i use jasmin rice po ano po measurement ng water for 2 cups pra po maging sticky sya, yung nagawa ko po kc nde sticky😂

      Jasmine kasi buhaghag or another term is payat at loose ang grains. Kung wala ka mabilhan sushi rice use yung bilog ang grains and sticky pag niluto.

    What is the measurement of water with 1 cup of japanese rice?

      please follow packaging instructions. The brand I use says 1 1/2 cups and 2 cups water and I have to let it soak first. Maybe other brands could be 1 1/2 cups rice and 1 1/2 cups water.

      Hi Gas oven ang gamit ko and heating element nya is nasa ilalaim lang. I am not familiar sa convection oven

      Pwede naman. Sub mo ganito, for every 1 cup regular mayo, add 1 tbsp rice vinegar and 1 tbsp sugar.
