      @@BadlandIndustries mine didn't come with floor mats, so probably that. I also want to motorize the rear window - if I have time this week, I want to start modeling it up in CAD and see what I come up with.

    • @BadlandIndustries
      @BadlandIndustries  2 місяці тому

      @Hazdazos that would be cool. You'd have to figure out the latch though. Unless the actuator is the mechanism locking it closed

    • @Hazdazos
      @Hazdazos 2 місяці тому

      @BadlandIndustries yeah if you use an acme thread or similar, you can't (easily) back-drive it, so that would act as the lock. Plus the window is so small, there is little concern about someone gaining entry to the cabin if they did somehow break the actuator.

    Great video, thank you for the recommendations!!. Besides the Dome Lights, where else in the truck you used the LED bulbs you linked in the video description?

    • @BadlandIndustries
      @BadlandIndustries  2 місяці тому

      The reverse lights were lacking. Certain trims had incandescent bulbs, and you can replace those with led.

    My 1st mod was flowmaster 40 & resonator delete. The sound this motor makes at low rpm under load through the modified exhaust is very rewarding.

      Have you made a video with how it sounds?

      @Torch4Life 3 місяці тому

      @@BadlandIndustries I've made a couple but the engine's idling, not under load, & it's Totally different/better loaded. I'll try to make one specif highlighting that. The exh is 3 inches a-z already, so folks should make sure the muffler is too so as to not slow flow down, & the resonator Absolutely has to go, it won't sound any good if you leave it & it's not like it's super loud or offensive w/o it. You'll put me on your xmas card list.

      I dont remember off hand. Lightest I could on the front, darker on the front 2 and lighter on the back half. It all looks super even. Honestly seemed to feel like the cab stayed warmer due to it. We'll see how summer does

    Nice video. Thank for sharing. Couple questions and a comment…
    -Where did you find the dash track? Been looking all over for one of those and can’t seem to find it.
    -What was the 3rd brake light? Asking, because I installed one and want to know if I should be watching out for a leak.
    -Lastly, I’d say no to the BoV. Personally, I think it would get annoying.
    Thanks!
