Trying to choose the right platform for your online courses or other digital products? In this video, we compare the pricing and features of Podia and Teachable, and give you the info you need to decide which is right for you.
@00:46 so you feel confident in choosing us ... LOOOOOOL 😂😂😂😂😂
Have been on PODIA for a while now ... it's really "too good to be true" ... hope it stays that way!
The inability to remove the Podia branding from the site is limiting.
I host my courses on Teachable and now am leaning towards Podia It definitely sounds like a great platform for online course creators.
Same I've been using Teachable for almost a year, and have had a good experience, but as I expand my business I need to start paying for a lot of other services. Podia does seem to be a good all-in-one solution
please make the check out page streamlined I really dislike the pop-up version it doesn't feel like I'm purchasing something.
PODIA is the right platform for us!
I’m looking for a platform that I can host a membership site on. Does that mean I would need the SHAKER plan or can I have a membership site with the MOVER plan too?
the unlimited everything uploads: any size limit? in teachable its 2 giga. for my business that's a problem as we have 4 giga videos. whats the limit for you?
So Podia does not have white labeling?
Does Podia have a mobile app and is a mobile app important after all? And is there an option for a white labeled app? Ok so far I only found one course hosting software offering white labeled app for extra fees that are not listed :)
This is a great comparison video, considering you are biased, I think you did a great job being as objective as possible. I have used both Teachable and Podia and this is a really fair comparison.
Thanks for the video. I am in the process of choosing a platform and from what I have seen so far Podia is the most suitable platform for me.
Yeah Podia COULD be great, only thing preventing me from using Podia is that bundles don't have a retroactive functionality. Meaning that if you have 100 students enrolled to a bundle with 2 courses, and suddenly you add a third course. You'll have to grant access manually to every single student. That's not cool at all! 😕
Hey. 👋 I'm not sure where you heard that, but it's not right. If you add new products to a bundle, it will enroll the existing people in those new products as well.
@@spencerfry8137 if that's true, then they have heard my suggestions because this wasn't available a few months ago.
Can I upgrade later?
Does Podia have an app?
Can I remove Podia’s advertising if I pay monthly?
Are you planning to offer the option to create certificates of completion on Podia? That would be an important element for me
Hi, Dr. Aronica. We just recently added a certificate feature for our Shaker and Earthquakes plans. Introducing online course certificates - ua-cam.com/video/ylWzg4ZP1d8/v-deo.html
@@PodiaTV Thank you very much. 🙏I appreciate your prompt reply. I see your Shaker plan offers a custom domain but not an unbranded website like in the teachable. Could you explain the difference? Also, teachable is running a $99/month promotion on their Pro plan (the same price you would get with a yearly subscription, but it is billed monthly). Are you planning to offer any promotion or your Shaker plan? Thanks!
the unbranded website is crucial to me
I believe in you
I’ll add it to the list 😊
