Love my Blue Yeti mic! Definitely recommend! Ugh I can’t tell you how many times I’ve forgotten to TURN ON the mic. Finally got the Rode VideoMicro so I wouldn’t have to deal with turning on/off 😅 What mic did you use for this video? Sounds amazing. Also, are you using a teleprompter? I’ve been thinking about one but I feel like it’ll make me sound like a robot. You don’t sound like a robot so good job. I’ll throw in my two cents and say that I love my Canon M50! 📹 I use it for my tutorials, my online courses, and my vlogs. I used ScreenFlow for my first course, really liked it. Now I just QuickTime! For editing, I use Final Cut Pro but I used iMovie for my first 350 videos. Happy you recommend Canva, a MUST for all content creators. Thanks for the vid! I actually use the TAKSTAR SGC-598 that I mention in the video. I do a little EQ adjustment in post. Funny story, I actually forgot to turn it on for one of my filming sessions today and ended up with 20 minutes of silent footage 😑 Also, yes using a teleprompter. Saves me a ton of time in the editing process. I’m actually working on a video where I talk a little bit about developing a hybrid voice so you can read from a script w/o sounding like a robot. It should show up in the same series as this video. I’m definitely not a master, but I’m working on it. I’ll have to check out the M50. I got a Panasonic GH5 a while back when it came out. Still love it. So glad you signed up with us! We’re excited to see what you put together! 🙌

Hello Ben, thank you for the valuable information. I want to start creating tutorial videos, and my resources for the starting phase are a DSLR Canon 750D, 24mm f/2.8 lens and two lav mics. I am also using Davinci resolve as my editing platform (with fairlight for sound editing). I am thinking if the Zoom H1N recorder would be a good budget sound solution to record voice with my lav mics or dslr and sync them with my videos?

I signed up for another sell-your-course-online company AND I subscribed to their all-in-one platform. I am so frustrated, it is so difficult to figure out! I keep thinking that there is something wrong with me because I am having such a difficult time with the software/app and their training videos are not great... then I saw this!

How do you see the ppt mirror tool that coverts and inverts PowerPoint text for iPad/ Smartphone to be used in a teleprompter? for recording online course videos and the ppt text will be displayed as slides in a prompter, helps me not to memorize the script by simply using my existing slides and the App doesn't force to read word for word.
How do I create a new background when I am recording in my studio? Choose for example a new colour or a picture of a golf course, I am moving doing recording swinging a club or showing exercises, zoom background is only good if you are still. Thank you

The backdrop is actually a white projector screen with some color led lights shining on either side of it. For the graphics, I build everything in Adobe Premiere Pro. Let me know if you need help with anything. Happy to answer questions 😊
