    This is an incredibly well-made video that really have an unbiased view of both platforms. It's truly amazing that the creators of podia would make a video like this and be so honest on both sides. I've been a Podia user for over 3 years, and am incredibly happy with it. Podia was a lifesaver for me when I started making my own products. I have no future plans of moving away from Podia. Its everything I need, and even more!

      Hi Epic, I see you have been using Podia for 3 years. I had just signed up to Podia for a free trial and I have a difficult time getting around it. Do you have any tutorials by any chance? I'm not tech savvy and I have been looking online and haven't found much.

    Man I love these videos Ben! Your videos are very much the reason why I moved my entire business over from Shopify to Shaker Plan

    Great overview Ben! Advanced email marketing and advanced automations are one thing I'd love to see incorporated into Podia, but otherwise Podia is an incredible platform! I've already mentioned these ideas to the staff. :)

    I love what Podia has to offer BUT I would love some storefront templates for those of us who aren’t web designers

      True! Podia would be perfect if ONLY they have a template library

    Great video! Great comparison! One question: By "unlimited products" do you mean as well that I can upload as many Gigabytes as I need, as I am looking for ways how to not only sell online courses but digital products like virtual instruments too. (As far as I understand, it seems kind of similar to "Shopify", right?) Or is there a difference? Thank you in advance! :)

    Someone recently suggested I consider Kajabi. That's a big HELL NO after watching this (very unbiased) video. It just confirms that I made the right choice 3 months ago when I signed up for Podia. The support staff has been AMAZING.

    Thanks so much for this very informative video ! From all the comparison videos that I watched if different teaching platforms it appears that PODIA is the one to go for. I'm just starting out ... yes I'm a newbie as far as online teaching goes, but have been teaching music and art for over forty years. I'm excited about this new venture and I already have a course planned out, and plenty of other ideas for online courses. And yes I have done some market research and identified my ideal customers.
    I just have two questions : 1. I live in France. So with regard to the payment system, is that adapted for European countries ? 2. Although I am planning to present courses with English as the communicating language, could I also present courses with say, French or Italian as the communicating languages ?
    I thank you in advance for your response

    6:30 Currently there is a limit on Monthly email recipients on all plans as per your pricing page. Did it changed or that's a different feature ?

    When you say custom domain do you mean I do not have to go to another place for a domain? The reason I ask is because where i had my domain had i let it go i would have lost my website and since i was not ready with my c0urse and membership at the time I had to let it go at the time....

    Can I set up my course where students have the option to skip a section/lesson of a module to continue to completion? I plan to have sections that are "optional" and people may not want to sit through them.

    Does podia have a 'Community' section (Facebook Group style forum) or an equivalent to Kajabi?

    • @SaraFaithJacobsen
      @SaraFaithJacobsen 3 роки тому

      kinda sorta. i'm a member of a podia monthly membership. there ARE some ways for people to talk back an forth with one another, but most podia creators use discord or slack or telegram for their community component. last i heard, kajabi's community component sucked (but maybe kajabi has boosted it since?)
