Have you tried adding a noise gate at the beginning of your signal chain?? It won't take away the hiss while you're playing, but it'll at least cut out the noise while you're not playing. Other than that, just turn off any drive pedals until you need them. Let me know how it goes.

This might sound basic, but does the pedalboard have to be connected to an amp? If not, whats the alternative?
