Hi friends! Would you like to spend a day in my musician life with me? I’m spending a few days in Liverpool guest leading the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like being a professional musician, you might find out a bit more about a day in the life of a violinist here. My life in 2022 as a musician is super busy and very fun! I love playing with my Quartet (check out the Barbican Quartet website www.barbicanquartet.com :D ) and with others! Today I’m working in Liverpool on some cool contemporary music!

Wonderful Amarins... I've never seen a violinist warm up although my aunt was a violinist...But as I was a pianist I suppose I was too busy with my Hannon exercises! I love the Barbican Q and your musicianship is awesome. Please give my love to your mum also... she's a star who's been hidden from us too long. Good luck with everything...

Haha! That’s good! There’s so many kinds of modern/contemporary music, it’s great to explore different kinds and often they can be difficult in very different ways (however… most music is!)
