Edge is a renowned buffet in Singapore, a city full of high end dining and memorable eating experiences.
Though it has been a while since we last visited, the food and the range of delights available still wowed us, perhaps even more than ever. What stood out in our minds was not just the boggling array of cuisine types available (Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Italian, Mexican, South East Asian for example) but the excellent execution of the foods in a buffet dining surrounding. While editing this video, we feel we should have tasted more of the other foods, but that's a great excuse for another visit soon.
Edge at Pan Pacific is available for lunch and dinner buffets (with special themed nights) with add-on packages for booze and even champagne. Like many of Singapore's buffet restaurants, reservations are recommended to ensure no disappointment.

What a gorgeous place! I hope the food tasted as good for you as it looked for me! Can you tell me, do the butterfly pea flowers change the taste of the rice, or just color it? It's so beautiful when it's tinted that way.
Butterfly pea definitely does make it very pretty and is a traditional dye in Peranakan food! There is no change in taste though but the colour is definitely superb! We hope you get a chance to try it sometime!

Not on the day that we were there, but the food was fantastic nevertheless!

When we filmed, we didn't see any oysters! Still a great spread though!
