- We went to the Lime restaurant for their buffet. The Lime buffet is a popular Singapore hotel buffet at Parkroyal Collection Pickering. We were excited to try some of their signature dishes such as their lobster laksa, tender Beef Rendang, crab kway pie tee and Baileys Dulcey Chocolate Cake.
The buffet spread included asian and western cuisine. There were many hits and their asian dishes really impressed. Watch to the end of the video for the full review of this value for money buffet.

This is the first Singapore buffet that impress me. It is the laksa
Would have gotten a bowl of quail eggs maybe 2 lobsters and laksa gravy without noodles. lol.

We went for the weekday lunch which is $64++ per person.
Went there last month for my 60th birthday. Was disappointed. The selections were not very interesting or tasty. I would not recommend.
