OMG.....KURT!! The obsessive thought is INSANE!! But, y'all, I can't tell you how much FREEDOM there is on the other side of all the obsessive thought. I seriously thought I would never get there....but OMG....when I did....I found who I REALLY AM and guess what....so did he. Once I let go, my twin flame latched on and he told me how much he loved me. We are long distance right now, but we are working on building our future together. For the first time, we are both seeing working together. We are just BEING and sharing the journey together, knowing that the "union" has been there from the very beginning. You can never be separate from each other....you have always been one. It doesn't matter what the circumstances are, in the physical plane, you are still one with your twin flame. Don't try to label it with "language". It just is. Be grateful for them. Don't romanticize it....let that love just BE and it will become all you desire. Build YOUR SOUL AND THEY WILL COME❤

What felt like forever. About 6 or 8 months of constant obsessive thinking and trying to make our "union" happen. Everything happens at exactly the right moment!! Focus on being your best self, and they will focus on you too!!

The obsessive thinking is overwhelming
I am struggling with the physical aspect. A burning pain in my chest that radiates down into the pit of my stomach. I feel extremely ill and nauseous, when I think of him..soul pains 😩💔

Every time you think of your person you think of yourself! He is your mirror. What is the longing. ..thats the child in you who's is longing for love and attention. Give it to yourself first. Connect with the divine, the GREATER FORCE. And then everything will fallin places. Love and nurture yourself ❤
The universe hitting that update button on your life has to be the worst experience to mankind 😂 whats worse is the ppl around you dont understand or can relate so they make it harder for you🙄
Well meaning friends and family, who don't understand, give the worst advice. "You are just scared to try again". They don't seem to care, you need to move on", or "you just need to get laid". None of it helps. I used to get so angry when someone would give bad advice like that. It degraded my relationship and what I was feeling. I stopped talking to others about it. Didn't want to throw my pearls before swine.

Me too @beverly I Don't talk to anyone about my twin...but because I had in the past a trainee false Twin flame 😂 just got say thank to my catalizator soul mate and thank to universe my inner being! Meditation is crucial and the greater ingredient to close to each other 🙏🏽
@@beverlychester8020 dude fr, i always hated when relatives all gave horrible advice and they do to it to make themselves feel better about themselves like enabling is the correct answer..
Kurt suggested Transcendental Meditation awhile back. It helps silence the thoughts, you will most likely experience a Kundalini awakening as well which will feel like an intense fiery energy going through your spine through your head that when it subsides you will feel pure bliss and oneness with the Creator of existence. You will also realize that everything is conscious. I know you will all succeed if you take Kurt’s advice and focus on observing your thoughts and letting go, that’s why meditation is so helpful. After that you can get into manifesting the reality you want(Not including your Twin) and living the life that brings you joy, peace and harmony.
Kurt I believe my twin flame is over. I did my part and I even detached. It hurt and I'm okay now. I learned everything I believe I was supposed to. I'm not chasing anymore. I even pulled all my energy back. What's heart breaking is I learned my worth but I still loss regardless. I just pray someone new comes in and stay.

❤ I also did that final last month, after 2 years of madness ( with myself, I didn't bother him at all ). I hurt my self over and over using him as excuse. It's such liberating to let all that go and never want anything again.
I had an inner impulse to move on , or let go. Then I expressed that knowing or feeling through the mind a short time later. It’s important to recognise what is coming from the true self , and what is just mind recordings playing on a loop. Saying you are not the mind is true , but then you need to remember that the real you does express through the mind… otherwise there is a lot of unnecessary confusion

For years I gave up on relationships and never wanted marriage. I went through the worst separation from my family and had the tower moment when all my family relationships ended abruptly and thought that was my spiritual awakening. I went through that phase for months. I then met a guy who was to me just a normal guy and we became friends. We started speaking to each other more frequently and something changed within me like a switch that I wanted or was interested in getting married again. This all happened within 2 weeks. We then spoke further everyday and it it is now 2 months considering we had 2 sepration phases, 1 that lasted a week and half and the second that is lasting 3 weeks. I never expected to have so much feelings for someone who I don't even know. He is younger than by 10 years and is from another country but lives in my country. But there are still cultural differences. He decided to stop speaking to each other. I can't say I accidently bumped into him, I knew he was going to be around as that is his work place and I went to the same place to get some shopping done. He first ignored me and then spoke to me merely cos he had to. He is still ignoring me, he hasn't blocked me on social media, he just doesn't message or call. The only reason I feel this could be a twin flame relationship is because I cannot get him off my mind and I have never been in this kind of situation before. Please can anyone give me some advice. I feel so hurt and yet this guy was just my friend.
Just keep being you, be patient and be confident in YOU - this is what attracts the twin of you, your flame in the mirror of the soul. I know you'll get through this, I feel you have come so far already. Just. Keep. Being. You. 🙏💙

Limiting beliefs. You create your experiences yourself. Everyone is you pushed out. If your relationships are painful, that's because you believe they have to be, for whatever reason you come up with. And, btw., your "twin flame" only exists because you believe they do.

It feels like I’ve had another lifetime with this same twin flame. I’m familiar with several incarnations but in only one of them, is there this level, or more, of knowledge, belonging, infinite connection, totality encompassing yet free at the same time, and much more. Is it possible that a twin flame is forever but only manifests rarely?
I think, by seeing my question in print, that the answer is yes, because it’s your own soul. You can have a soul twin more than once because of the idea of simultaneous incarnation of the same soul. So the real question should be is it possible to have more than one simultaneous incarnation? If it can happen once, it can happen again.

I was in such pain.. But I thought I was finally over it. I bought an apartment and I was busy with all the furniture and decorations. I finally stoped thinking about him. There is no correct answer but according to the physical laws of nature yes you can only have one physical twin flame but as far as incarnations of you you can have thousands.. let me explain.. whats the difference between you yesterday vs today..? What if you ran into yourself at 7 am when you woke up to make a coffee and YOU (the time traveler) knocked at your own door to meet yourself at 7 am? So technically thats already 3 twin flames or what about the version of you when you were 18 years old.. basically every moment of your life is your twin flame so yes you can have multiple twin flames cuz how many days and lifetimes have you lived?
