Great reference video. I probably get 75% of my loads from ACV except for around the holidays when their capacity is low and still haven't hit that preferred carrier status yet lol. IMO central is way too expensive for something that is essentially just another loadboard and if you're a new carrier with no ratings most brokers won't deal with you anyway. I cancelled my subscription for a yr, picked it back up for 2 months and got nothing so is it really worth it I'd say 50/50. Safe travels my friend🙏🏾
I honestly didn't have much trouble getting work from most small brokers when I started. Big companies like acertus took me a little longer. I like ACV because they don't charge you to pay you your own money.
@farm2freeway I didn't have much trouble when I started either but there were some brokers that really stuck to that ratings system. That's why I like ACV as well and their customer service is great too
It's definitely possible. You just need to prove that you're worth more than that. You'll find those people that will pay a little more for quality work.

I have 40 ft trailer with mega ramps. Would that be sufficient for hauling cars? How many cars can 9:20 I haul safely with that unit?? Ken!! Oh!!
They would fit. I've never loaded cars on a trailer with mega ramps but I've heard it is not fun. With a set of long ramps it would be fine.

Even with direct customers, people still don't want to pay $1 a mile or more for cars. So you might as well just use the load board

@lyfeaboveallthings my regular truck is a 2500 diesel. This truck is a 2500 with a 6.4
