Love the Design. For a 3-story in the Million-Range for me the Lot-Size is a little to small. To close to all Neighbours. But Man - Blue Heron builts Quality Stuff. Nice Tour Chakets. 👍💪

So used to Blue Heron building massive homes, makes this one seem tiny (and a little cramped on the first floor)

I would go with two levels. I think three throws off the proportions for such a narrow building.

Beautiful. Love this scaled down model best but unless local salaries going up, unsure if locals can afford. Out of towners can’t relocate here as easily as before. But if BH keeps building, they obviously see something. Or perhaps they themselves will be bought by Toll Bros or similar company looking to buy revenue.

everything is expensive. no body cant afford a house unless you wanna be a slave to the bank for 30 years
