- Clive is walking out of the mall when he is approached by a mall security guard. The mall cop, Philip, accuses Clive of knocking over a display and demands that he goes back inside the mall to clean it up. Clive politely tells the security guard that he didn't knock anything over and has mistaken him for someone else, however, Phillip doesn't believe him. Then, when Clive tries to walk away, Phillip decides to take the law into his own hands. Unfortunately for him, Mango Park Police Captain James Porter arrives on the scene just in time to help the innocent Clive.

My add on:
After Philip was found guilty for assault, he was sentenced to one year in prison, and had to pay a $4,000 fine. During his time in prison, he received a notice that he was both fired and permanently banned from the mall, and the man that he assaulted filed for a restraining order against him.
Wouldn't that have been wonderful?
Then they checked the security tapes, like Mall Karen should have done, and discovered it was a white woman, not a black man, who knocked over the display. (next add on, keep the story running)

It is true that all of these people are actors. Anthony Gaita has played several roles in this show. Each video that is shown here shows us about the right way to be a mall security guard and the wrong way to be a security guard. Captain Porter who is played by Verne Alexandre does a splendid job and 90% of the videos I have seen is that he always comes to the rescue. When you team Verne with any other actor when it comes to training on how to be a police officer or a security guard, Soul Snack is a great training tool and shows what can happen when you step out of line.
Captain Porter was just in time to catch that nutty security guard for hitting that poor dude with his little flashlight's...

Philip's duty is mall cop , not outdoor security!!! Clive may or may not have knocked the display in the mall, but he was set up by a fellow customer!! Philip's idiocy was showing, trying to delay Clive from returning to work!!! Luckily, Cpt Porter is on the case, he can sort out the mess and hear both sides of the story!!! Things will head to HR and Philip is heading for jail , too late for apologies!!! Bye-bye Philip!!!!

I listened towards my heart. I’m not a racist person. I’m very sweet and friendly person. I wasn’t brought up being a racist person. Even at a young age of 4 years old as I remembered playing with an African American little boy in preschool. I did grew up in a white neighborhood.

I do understand how the victim was being sarcastic when he made the comment "Your parents must be so proud that your head of security". When the victim sarcastically said, "Your parents must be so proud that your head of security", it was meant as an insult. It is true that security guards, security officers, etc don't make that much money. It is also true how police officers make more money than security guards. Even though security guards typically don't make that much money, people that are security directors, head of security, security managers, etc often make decent money.
Sometimes college graduates look down on people with trade school degrees, but trade school graduates often make as much money as college graduates. Some people use the word "future plumber" as a insult when plumbers often make decent money.
