Not getting the original like soft touch cable nowadays
My fz25 wheel is running after pressing the clutch if bike is in gear and saw this issue in two of my friends bike too.
Could you please help me with this. I have already tried adjusting Clucth setting but no luck.

I have question & Your Advice,
Since, I am using fz25 2022 sep model, my bike crossed 4500+ kilometers,
I am facing hard clutch issue and I am lubing properly gear shift and clutch liver cable ends after every water wash or if it is dry.
And the clutch fee play also 90% adjusted from the clutch liver side and other end side also, I informed this hard clutch issues to the yamaha service center mechanic at the time of 2nd service vist to open the RHS side clutch casing and adjust the clutch CAM SCREW to give a free play for the clutch cable adjustable areas.
But they didn't open the casing, they adjusted outside clutch cable remaining 10% of cable adjustments.
And they said run the bike next 100 km and if there is any problem of hard clutch issue then you can come to the service to fix.
My question is,
How many kilometres fz 25 clutch plates are usable for City rides? (more clutch operation)
Why they aren't opening the clutch case and adjusting?
My current clutch operation is not too hard but it is hard my fingers are painful, what kind of adjustment should I do?
Or any clutch plates are replace to fix this issue?
This issue is present in every FZ25. Plates should last anywhere around 40k but depend upon usage.
Opening case doesnt going to work.
You can check if wire is jammed then replace with new.
It is what it is. Accept it.

There are 6-7 plates three types

Hello dear. Very informative video. I have a concern and i am sure you wd hv a logical and practical answer. Is the power/torque of this bike enough to ride in high altitude area with a pillion? I have now plans to go to Laddakh region. Does this effect bike's engine in someway if i take a pillion rider (70kg)? I am confused that should I go solo or allow a pillion with me?
P.S. I have a 2019 model fz25
People have already done leh on this bike. I will do it too with pillon.
@@LifeofPal yes people have done but haven't seen anyone doing with pillion on this kind of bike. Jammu to leh may be a moderate level ride with pillion but Manali leh route has many high passes. I have seen struggling bike even with solo riders at some places.
Could you please make a vlog on Carol baag market on purchasing KTM original indicator and then installing it on your bike , it would be quiet helpful .

Hi bro dis adjustment is off clutch na is dis adjut is safe for clutch burn out....
Slight play must be there otherwise clutch can burn yes

1st broke at 15k, 2nd at 7k. This is 3rd.
Bro ..my throttle cable looks fine and I did some cleaning also but still within a week the cable adjustment goes off and it will be short clutch , is it cable issue or clutch ?
Meaning : every week I’m adjusting but it’s becoming short clutch within a week
