I"ve been impressed by how willing the guy is to block. NFLN had the 'diego game on last night and he chased down our runner and blocked out 2 guys downfield on Montgomery's 75 yard TD run
That was a great play and without his efforts wouldn't have scored. He wants to do what ever it takes to win and that is a great sign and the type of players we want and is contagious through the team. Seen his blocking downfield many times after that . That Craig Reynolds block in other game 30 yards downfield hustle to spring St.Brown for a long TD run after catch shows how well these young players are coached and their heart .Go Lions!!!
I noticed things started going better when we started blitzing more you can't just sit back you got to get pressure on the quarterback Go Lions check out this kid from Western Michigan defensive tackle
Jamo had 2 TDs in the NFC championship game and one TD that went right through his arms. I love him, but that happens too often. If he cleaned that stuff up he could be elite

Too bad he seems not to understand how lucky he is talented as well as he is a member of the Lions organization, where everything is available for him to reach greatness. Hope he will listen to whoever is really concerned with him as a player as well as a person.
He's made just as many improbable catches as drops. Look how many times the pass is behind him or under thrown, plus he's proven to be clutch right when we need it. That's actually priceless
I thought the Lions retired Jameson Williams it was crazy we barely used the guy he was a great blocker for our other receivers the guy you traded up to the 12th pick to get and we barely used him that was a joke
I think Jameson has come a long way since his less than enthusiastic post draft interview with Dannie Rogers. The question for me is, "Can he consistently get separation?" I'm hopeful but not sure if that's been answered. Olave, London, Wilson, Flowers, Addison, Rice and Downs are catching 70 balls per year. Dotson, Pickens, JSN and J. Reed are catching 50 balls a year. Jamo had 24 grabs in 12 games. If he can't be a more reliable option for Goff than I think we need to take a shot at someone like Marquise Brown on a one year $12M deal. If we can pay DJ Chark $11M than I think its reasonable to get someone like Brown. I really like the Josh Reynolds and Jared Goff story/connection but I have a hard time getting those drops out of my head. Might be time for him to go and upgrade the WR room if Jamo isn't a high end WR2.
Jameson Williams will absolutely be better next season.
Only injury can stop him.
Many tops will be taken off of defenses in the fall of '24 by Jamo.

I don't think Amon Ra would let another wr on the field let alone coaches if they didn't give 100% on blocking.
He is maturing and plays as a teammate with his blocking and effort not just an individual only thinking about himself.

He was still in the learning phase he will be the 3rd option in the passing offense
