this series is massively under watched/rated
You said it !
Lou is the only reason I watch BEME News
A while back a casual acquaintance died, and his last post on facebook was a rant about supermarket prices.
It struck me as really tragic and sad that in his last few hours he was wasting time on something so utterly trivial.
When Lou says Yumans it makes me so happy.
What do aliens call tasty humans?
Yummyans
Just remembering EXACTLY what my nana taught me more than 60 years ago... never write down anything that you would be offended by or offend others by. I have certainly passed that on to two generations past me already! And just think about all those UA-camrs who are not so nice!! Scary stuff! Thanks for sharing.
Adele Etherton true👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Adele Etherton not true
thanks for this video. this is important stuff!
This is a tough topic. Thanks Lou for bringing it to our attention.
important stuff, but....
when i'm dead i won't give a s#it about any of this.
I find a lot of people regret everything they will regret, on their deathbed.
Source: Great grandpa unloaded a lotta shit on me when I went to go see him
To my future great grandchildren. Idk why you are snooping this, but you should know Lou is a great guy and this channel is great. Would recommend you watch.
If there's anything I learned from blackmirror is that in Technology
Good intentions can turn bad very quickly
This channel is becoming one of my favorites.
This channel always posts great, thorough content :)
That's crazy...really good video!
Good report👍
Are those Jellyfish Real!? that's pretty sweet
happy to see you Lou
Crazy concept that I've never even imagined.
Just think about all our tweets, posts, etc. that'll still be just out there in the endless hub of the internet when we're gone.
I love this topic thanks Lou
Great points and very well researched!
Planning on staying alive until I can upload my counsiousness to the hivemind. Can't wait to evolve!
Yikes
@@clon1122 why yikes? Some AI experts think that could happen around 2050 so it's certainly within the realm of possibility
@@AustinCameron well, idk if it'll be a copy per se. But x = x
What's your perspective?
@@ErickOberholtzer More of x=y-1
No matter how close it mimics you it wont ever be the real thing to your family. We are extremely far off from uploading our consciousness into a realistic silicone robot (modeled after yourself of course). That will be as close as we get and even then, you're family will still know deep down
Yay!! It's Lou!!!!
Another dope vid as always
Amen and Amen
Excellent advice.
When I die, I'd want my accounts to be wiped. To be honest, I think it's weird when people keep commenting on a dead person's wall.
this is good stuff!
The facebook of my dead grandma still posts her daily horoscope.
Lou is here
@4:12 ...No way that's her name..I'm dead. #djrtnyc
No doubt!!! It's like I know of a cop whose last name is Constable....So he was Constable Constable!
ap·tro·nym
/ˈaptrəˌnim/
noun
a person's name that is regarded as amusingly appropriate to their occupation.
"he began collecting aptronyms when he saw an ad for a flower shop operated by Flora Gardner"
I was so looking for this comment!! He said it without any facial expression, pretty sure it took multiple takes.
@@LouisFoglia Thank you for imparting me with my new word of the day
Finally someone speaks about this!
Great vid
Makes you wonder!
My mum is already dead.
But fb won’t let me access her account unfortunately.
I wish that they’d make exceptions for family members
She died before the legacy act.
This is great news right here
huh, watching this reminds me of someone, I should've had help him when he needs it the most, now he is already dead.
I am haunted by the same kind of guilt....I think it's more common than we realize because most people don't talk about it so we don't know how they're feeling....but, just that you feel this way shows that you care and your reflective, and I wish more people wre like you in that regard. Life is for the living, so they say....Don't beat yourself up - you're a good person ;)
Great now figuring out what caption to write will take me so much longer since I have to think for the future.
Ruben Martinez think about your kids Ruben!!!
IG: baltimark exactly I need to think about my future kids and the captions I write today.
“Ok, I’m gonna go delete my browser history”
If I get email from the dead, I'd say that's "wild shit" going down on Facebook, Lou.
this is disturbing! I feel supported by not sharing my personal life on social media. btw: you don't suck, Lou! ;-)
Anyone else weirded out by the fact that the Facebook death researchers name was Kasket???!? No just me... okay
When I'm dead, just throw me in the trash
Perhaps have the people who have to most personal connections to the dead, have the people hold that data instead of Facebook. No way for Facebook to abuse the data, or for them to have issues storing it, it would all be off cloud. It would be like having a memorial in your home but with data
What the hell is a "backback"?
Does the image of a person that no longer exists as an entity with active agency actually have rights or a right to privacy?
Human erra. You from Bawston eh Lou
NEW YORK
that's why i just deleted my FB account, a total delete.... which is actually quite difficult to do....
89 comments on a beme video thats been out for a week?
I smell a conspiracy afoot
I would be dead. I wouldn't care about my reputation or what people think of me.
I cant log into my dads facebook, but like he hardly used it.
So you’re telling me someone named Kasket wrote about about death...
20 100 ??
How about this company are going to do what ever they want and most will get always from it
I watched Running Man again last week. It deals with this problem. Is Zuckerberg the evil owner of the show?
Nothing wrong if they generate money through it and before anyone says it's totally wrong just check how a funeral is carried out. It's not free and if someone wants his or her remains in special region they charge you more. Same shit everywhere.
Burned CDs won't last either, nor does flash media
So i committed suicide, i deactivated my account in FB
Dude Carl öhman looks like a skinny version of you
Who's watching in 2115?
why don't i own the games and app is paid for on steam apple store and other online platform they can remove it from their website without any way of me getting to use it ok kevien speacy is a sexual harasser but who gave an online movie platform to remove a movie that i paid for
That makes no sense...

Is that you, mom?
i love the content Beme is putting out, but i have literally avoided watching so many videos because of Lou. i thought i could finish watching this video, yet im reminded once again, how much i dislike the presenter.
Guys I'm done with your videos, at least for now. Lou states way too many citations and sources, it completely interrupts the flow of the entire video.
