I get a much better dopamine rush every time I transfer money into my high yield interest account than if I buy something 😊
Yes same here! And so great to see it grow every month
Me too! And every month when I see what they have paid ME in interest. I have my emergency fund in a high yield savings so my interest every month averages between $200.-$300.
Can you explain how you’d use a similar principle to grow an emergency fund? Thankyou 😊 x
Hi there! Great video. Do you have a house tour video? It looks super cute!
My savings skyrocketed when I started to bring in extra income from my side hustle while I kept my expenses constant. BTW I’m in the US and it doesn't make any difference to me whether you use dollars or pounds as the exchange rate isn't that significant (1:1.3) and the economic and social circumstances in the two countries are somewhat comparable.
Side hustles can make all the difference plus it’s great when you find something you’re really interested in! Thanks for this re the currency, I know it’s bugged some people but I watch tons of videos on dollars and it’s never bothered me. Solid financial plans are the same whatever currency you’re using
@@greigjduncan any extra income comes with extra tax when you go over the threshold in the UK. No getting away from that.
@@TheMummyBubble I know ;-) ... many are not paying it on cash. Sadly not for the majority of us!
@@greigjduncan Not paying tax means stealing from the government, and thou shalt not steal

Another gem! Thanks, Vicki.
Thanks so much for watching!
And nice job addressing the dollars vs. pounds concerns. You're talking about money usage on this channel not talking about the particular currency itself. I think you made that clear.
Lol lmao people instead of focussing on the content was focussing on the accent? Lmao. Americans 😂
