nice video, should i get a burr when sharpening victorinox? I can't seem to sharpen my victorinox, i am afraid i might have messed the geometry of the edge with these coarse stone: I can't form a burr unless i go high angle. What do you think
The steel is of a good quality. You should be able to raise a burr. In this case u suggest more practice.
