@@NeutralTea yeah, but he wrote in chat "1%" - I think if you see 1 HP specifically, you would differentiate it from 1% because wipes on 1% of a boss happen many times (in previous video, there were world firsts with preceeding multiple 1% wipes)

an accidental world first is still a world first. I don't get the problem.
Boss was killed due to mechanic that can occur only on full raid wipe - when everyone dies and combat stops, her shrines despawn one by one, removing quarter of HP.
It is circumventing the whole fight, essentially.
Using exploits is not a proper world first - Yogg Saron and Lich King world firsts were monitored by blizzard and both times guilds claimed world firsts and got it removed from them because of using unintended buggy mechanics. Saronite bombs were also claimed to be used by accident on LK - they said their rogue used it in his rotation, and they didn't know it would reset the ice platforms. Blizzard said "nah, we have logs, all raid used them".
So I am pretty convinced Nihilum kill was also intentionally bugged.
Unless they did the 25 man soulstone. This begs the question why did a shadow priest have a soulstone?

One thing about not having content on the PTR and the old WoW ways. You had raids full of completely unplayable bosses. How is that okay?

There’s a stark difference between the difficult mechanics seen in retail wow and just a boss that is literally impossible due to bugs.
It doesn’t matter your raiding skill, if you attempt C’Thun’s pre nerf encounter, for instance. You would never meek out a victory despite his actual mechanics being very easy by retail standards.
