It still works:
1. Go to your profile
2. Click on the 3 dots
3. Select “Activity Log”
4. Select “Manage Posts”
5. Select “Filters”
6. Select “Categories”
7. Selects “Your posts, photos and videos”
8. Select the “All” checkbox
9. Click on the 3 dots
10. Select “Change audience”
11. Click on the “Change Audience” button
12. Select the option you need
13. Click on “Change”

They don't allow this anymore. You can only switch all the past posts to "friends only", and once you do that, everything has to be switched manually one at a time (forever) to get them back to "public". It totally SUCKS.
