I’ve always thought if I ever had coaching I would feel like I was wasting the person’s time by not knowing a lot but you were very patient and clear with this guy when he didn’t know certain things.

Thank you, all it takes is patience and it’s fine, it’s not a tough thing

It would be absurd to coach without patience. But if youre gold you shouldn't need any coaching i started sf6 a month and half ago and i got out of gold by just spamming fireball and dp and drive rush grab/overhead into hp hp sa3...just watch this guys vid and other ryus and learn super basic and youd be diamond

Nice coaching bro. For players who are actually not in Master rank, I can tell you that is not necessary to know everything in every matchup etc... with few simple but effectives combos, good anti-air and few knowledge, you can do it. Keep it up!

Machoor smart move man. I graduate next year 2025 (lets gooo!) when I do and if you are still coaching, bro ima hit the link and finally get a chance to learn to get good at Ryu and street fighter in general 💪🏾💪🏾

Even for rhythm game, I do my own version of practice drill for difficult pattern s, always, before head out for game. It helped tremendously.
Fchamp said the similar thing for sf6. Do your practice drill before you head out into rank match, your reaction will be more ready.

    Timing OP
2 nice confirms (if u know you will get the combo)
After jump heavy you can do one of the 3 things.
    < + Heavy
    m.sp
    h.sp
The issue is that even after he got the counter hit, it was too high so the startup of the second heavy din't connect. (in those cases u want to use medium punch after)

I think a good tip for beginners is to try and play at a range where jumping would land you a deep heavy button. That's how I play neutral at least. I just imagine the jump arc is there and stay at that range as much as possible to play neutral. It's usually the perfect range to either whiff punish or force your opponent to jump and because it's the perfect jump range, they won't land short or cross over, so they'll eat a DP every time.

Man, what a masterclass. I am at the same rank with Ryu and struggling with the same things. Actually, I think Hado.Ryu is better than me with his DR and combo routs. Thank you for this video gift.
