Great fly! If you substitute dyed brown pheasant rump for the tail it becomes Bryons Killer AKA Gundersons EDC (every damned cast)

I do really well on very similar pattern. Use flat sparkle flat braid for body and small hackle palmered. I’ve even substituted ostrich for the tail in place of maribou for the tail with excellent results.
