I love straight talks internet, ive had it for 8months now, no data cap. Smooth connection when it comes to gaming, streaming shows and i have about 7 devices hooked up to with no lag whatsoever, also if u plug the Ethernet cord into ur gaming system it's even more god like. Glad to see you have it, hows it treating you.
Thank you for this video. I was skeptical of the $99 price point for that router without knowing what I’m getting. I checked availability and it IS actually available at my address, so I may have to get this. Love that it’s prepaid and no credit check.
I’ve had the Verizon home WiFi for about a year and love it. I might switch to this if they ever increase the price too much. It’s the same thing, but with a 300mbps cap.
This is a great idea. I left my last Verizon cell contract in 2009 and have been loyal to ST ever since as a smart phone subscriber. Im just curious to know if theres a monthly data cap?
I have straight talk home internet for a month now. I was able to play CSGO 2 and PUBG with no issues at all. I live close to the Verizon 5g towers, which is why I have always gotten 100 mbps download and 10 mbps upload. It still beats the 40mbps download from CenturyLink.
It's perfect for gaming, I have about 8 devices hooked up to it I don't lag, the device will also work if u use a local address that it's available for in case ur address isn't available for it. I live in a rural area and I use a homies address who lives 7 miles in town and my connection speed is legit 💪💪
Well its “home Internet” but since its 5g you technically can use it anywhere.. ive saw comments where people have been successful using it outside or other places
Thank you so much for posting this. This was a huge help as I was sort of skeptical about purchasing this but you've put my mind at ease now and I like the fact that you included information about using your Xbox with it. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to use my PS5 with this internet or my Smart TV.
That's the best deal you're going to find. From what I've read and you've said I'm sold on it. It has broadband and Wi-Fi. I want broadband ethernet connection for gaming downloads and updates. I would also like to upload stream my gameplay. I will give it a try. Thanks for the video!
Yes the router is $99 (one time fee), you buy the router and the monthly unlimited home internet is $45. I just got one today and so far I’m very impressed.
@@Wontreplyeverdontbother they don’t throttle ever. That’s illegal if they did and I would report it to the FCC. You don’t get set speeds it’s up to 100 MBPS on 5G. I’ve used a few Terabytes of data and never got throttled.

So if I use 3tb of data it won't cap after that or slow down? Just for $45... ?
@@trumpies correct
@@trumpies that's no cap, I've had it for over a year and 2 months now and never experienced issues with cap.

Someone on another video said after 200gb it starts slowing down.

Can you make a video gaming while using the straight talk internet. Trying to get an idea if it's worth purchasing.

@@waynesandlin169 are you able to connect a Ethernet to it for Xbox also I'm just getting one today for just my Xbox does it run smooth 👍🏼?
Why do you need Ethernet cables?
Did u have to connect it to the wall at the home or is it just like a mobile router and u just buy the plan

Thank you for the clear concise review. Are you near a large Metro area or in a tural area? Thanks for taking time to upload the video.
Near a metro area but it should work anywhere.. theres a work around

Your definitely are going to be able to do all of that and of course!
Does it work good for game systems im trying to play fortnight
Its Perfect for it
Is it enough for pc gaming? Also is it fast enough for genshin impact?
Correct fast enough for all of it
Yo does the router overheat or does it always stay warm
Ive never checked for that since I have it sitting on my desk further back. Touching it right now though its normal slightly warm, should be no issues
Can you take the sim card out of these devices?
I dont think it has a sim 🤔
I love straight talk ❤
Do you know how to fix if it’s not available in your area
Type in an address near you until you find an available address.
How do I use it if it’s not available at my address
Look around for an allowable address on Google maps. It's not "geolocked," and chances are the store address you bought it from MIGHT work.
Wats the work around not available in my area
Comment on one of my older vids and ill tell you
Along with the router do you have to pay the first month up front?

Beeeeeeet🎉❤
I was told they don't have unlimited. I pay 50 dollars for 100 mb. Which I use Ina few days. I have to pay over. 200 to have it going for a month.
🤣🤣 lies
