- I bought this casio for a little more than £20. In not the greatest shape and needing a new battery, I'm going to revive it to it's former glory in just a couple of steps.
Thanks for this! Just what I needed after the watch battery shop failed to realise the watch required 2 batteries and merely changed the top one powering the light.

Just came across this video. I have a silver 1079 with blue bezel insert and it's gorgeous, one of my favourite watches, looks as good as my other paganis, heimdallrs and san martins.

Hi Jason, just picked a brand new/old stock version. Went online to find out the battery replacement how to, as I already knew the watch carried two batteries, and low and behold, you’ve already made a video, brilliant. Normally I would pick up a second hand watch from eBay, but at the price I could not resist this one, a great looking watch.

Nice watch! Good guide as well. I'm trying to find this watch for a good price. But at the moment it's way overpriced it's as expensive as a Duro! Ugh!

I wish I would have known about this watch when it first came out, lol. You can't find them new for less than $140, I picked mine up today used for $90.

These 2 casio videos are great. I realize your watch does not have scratches on the case but do you have a video showing how to fix a scratched case? Do you need to remove the glass and inside components first?
Depends how thorough you want to be, it's always best to dismantle all the parts
@@JasonTheWatchGuy could I ask you what brand of polish you are using, the sand paper pads and where you purchased all that? I'm new to all of this and want to make sure I get the right stuff.
Sand paper pads are just generic and I use Dialux polish (white or blue is ideal)
