I just found your channel Jessica from Three Rivers recommended you. I love this video!!! I like how you guys work together and talk to each other. Also I watched a couple of your cheese making videos. They were real life which is nice to see. So I will be looking up old videos and looking for new ones. Thank you for sharing your life.

I came across your channel because I found your sourdough master recipe and love it. Cheesemaking is next! Thank you!

Very neat to see the process of you making the cheeses and then seeing you sample them. Love it!

The Butterkase cheese caught my eye because it has the word BUTTER in it 😆 from the Cheeseman channel. I'm gonna try it now that we have a lot of Jersey milk.

So after the cheese is made, you vacuum seal, then let it age on the counter sealed, or refrigerated?

@@VenisonforDinner Thank you :) It is hard to find local raw milk that is 100% grass fed, organic to make a clabber culture..

I recently made some cheese following your Gouda recipe. After pressing and setting it out to dry, the cheese puffed up in the center. What is likely the cause of that?

Im a cheesehead from Wisconsin and want to get into cheesemaking so bad but is seems really complex 😭

My mom always said it was like a science experiment. Once you get the basics down, it's not that complex. Especially if you are using the very versatile clabber culture

I don't see how the waste from the plastic wrapped store cheese creates any more waste. I'd say you're still making less waste
