Hello from south Alabama. Stumbled upon your channel a few weeks ago. Love how you 'keep it real' showing the good, the bad & the ugly. But you also share the process without endless chatter. Some UA-camrs seem to, as we say in the south, beat a horse to death, or go down a rabbit hole. I find myself binge watching your channel. Keep up the good work.
Our oldest daughter was a tall child. For her 7th birthday we bought her a real umbroller stroller for her doll and we used it regularly for our one year old. Win, win?
I love how well you handle the crazy that is children, I swear mine have a radar, oh mom is doing something (especially with other people around/viewing) we must go try to make her lose it.... I don't keep my cool nearly as well as you.
Does this method work with commercial cheese as well? By the way you're such a cute momma❣️❣️❣️. I worked in a restaurant where we had a double handles knife to cut larger cheeses. Such good information! 5 stars!
Yay - I’m glad you decided to do UA-cam as well. I’ll likely never make cheese. I remember when you were just starting & trying to get the rennet right! Thank you for sharing! xo (@jealoushands)
I am going to refer to you as Superwoman because here in the US a lot of the women don't even want to or even know how to cook . And you're doing farming, homeschooling, making everything from scratch, making your own lotion out of cows fat, etc. Actually, it seems you make everything yourselves from scratch but water lol, and maybe thats common where you live but it is foreign to us and I'm very impressed. If I could say one thing to your husband don't bring her to the US she will never be the same. lol I'm a new subscriber and I enjoy your channel
I thoroughly enjoy seeing your kids pop in and out of videos.
Sweet. They love popping in and out too!

Thank you for sharing on UA-cam. I'm off ig and miss your videos! I started following you while you were living on salt spring!
I'm glad you've found us here.
I learned so much from this video!
Glad it was helpful!
Hi from South Carolina. I just heard about you. Looking forward to your channel
Thanks for the great information. Love the idea of making hard cheese. I just might try it.
Once you do you might be hooked!
Kate do you have a place where you link all the cheese molds, press, supplies you use? Looking to start making larger than 2 gallon wheels of cheese
Sorry for missing this question. I usually start looking online at Glengary Dairy and New England Cheese for supplies.
