About 27 years ago I was walking along with a woman who had been speaking to me about Jesus for, I don't know, a few months? I stopped suddenly as we were making our way and very frankly told her that I actually did want to follow Jesus but couldn't because I knew I would be unable to quit sinning. Her answer, "Is that all? You are right, you can't, but Jesus can as you turn your life over to Him and trust Him." It suddenly occurred to me that she was right, that if Jesus was who He said He was, that He could deliver me from my life of sin. That was the start of a new life of walking free. Thank you Jesus! I've never looked back.

I'm 23 years old and have Hydrocephalus. Since the age of 2, I've had nearly 100 brain surgeries for my condition. I may not know what tomorrow holds, but I know who's holding my tomorrow. I rest peacefully at night knowing that if I die, that I'll be in eternity with the One who died to save me from my sin. My heart is so full of love when I stop to think about what it'll be like on that day when I'm standing in the presence of GOD Almighty. What a day that will be! Come now, LORD Jesus Christ, and reconcile your beloved children to You. Amen!

God Bless you and your great strength. You are a warrior and an inspiration by your testimony. To battle all that you have through your years and are still on the side of victory and with a heart full of love. Many ppl in the world would be bitter but your not in the world. You can see by your testimony that God is in you. Therefore you cannot die, you can only transition from your earthly body to your perfect heavenly one in the Lord's perfect timing.
I just discovered this beautiful song and I found this comment. I was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus at birth. I've had 5 surgeries, 2 heart surgeries because I was a preemie, but 3 brain surgeries. God is so so good! Praying for you! God Bless!

I am a recovering addict myself. I finally gave my life to Jesus while incarcerated in 2016. After I was released I left everyone and everything I knew 1800 miles behind me on faith. Now I am 4 yrs sober I have custody of my kids and my family speaks to me again. I owe it all to Jesus.

If its the last thing I do, I will do that as well. I've been trying to commit suicide for the past two days and unsuccessfully they have failed. I'm gonna figure it out sometime till then I'm writing this to everyone out there, I skewed up my own life and broke relationships beyond repair, there's no point to life anymore for me. This may sound hypocritical and cowardly, but you all have a life to live for so don't follow in my path

This is my story!!! 14 years ago Calvary chapel came in to the salt lake county jail and ministered to me. I went back to my cell, face first on the cold floor and surrendered to God. I’ve been walking free for 14 years!!! God is good, all the time!!!!

Sometimes it isn't until they nearly face death that they surrender to God. Eventually they either die or surrender to God but even if they die they will see Him on the other side All is not lost even after death they will be taught His gospel

February 13 2022 my wife and I were arrested for violating our state probation. We were living in a burnt abandoned motel in Cleveland TN. We had given custody of our 2 teenage children to family. We were using meth daily, constantly. Little did I know that on the day we were arrested my wife was planning on committing suicide that very day. She thanked God for having her arrested. She done 30 days in jail I done 50 days. Since then we are completely sober and go to church every chance we can. God has given us an apartment, jobs, and sober people in our lives that believe in God. We are grateful for all that God has done in short 6 months. God bless you.
You probably won't even read this but I just wanted to share, I'm 39 now and expecting my second child... And I didn't even think I could have 1 baby.... Cuz when I was 9 I was in a hit and run accident and in a coma for 3 and half months, the doctors thought I would die but I didn't THANK GOD!

I've never smoked, drank or done drugs. I've never assaulted anyone and I don't have a criminal record. I sometimes feel like my struggles aren't important because they're not as major as others. I have my own issues that I'm working through. I know I'll get past them with God's help and His strength. I just stumbled onto this song the other day. Tears started flowing when Beth and Cody hugged. No matter how big your problem is, God is bigger and He will allow you to be victorious.

My 2 year old grandson found this on my list. He sits very quietly and just intently watches this video. I never seen him sit so content. He watches it on my phone, every visit. He looks for it. I was addicted to pornography, I could not get rid of this addiction for 6-7 years. But one name of Jesus completely delivered me from this addiction. I fought for 7 years in a row and lost, but Jesus took 7 minutes and won. God is great 🙌

These testimonies. I love hearing about what God has done. I was a drug addict and alcoholic. I’d OD’d at a concert. OD’d. They were about to pronounce me (my soul left my body, and I could see what was happening). And God brought me back….2 yrs before I came to know Him, or even hear the Gospel. No crash cart to revive me, just my Lord and Savior (so literal) Jesus Christ. And now, 19 yrs later, I’m sober, set free, with a degree in Physical Therapy. 🙌🏼 None but Him. None but Him. No one is too far gone to be saved, to be delivered, to be set free. 🙌🏼

That’s a powerful testimony! Use it for Him! He sent us to go to the world sharing the good news that is Him. It’s bot just the story of the cross but what the blood that was shed did for us, that the blood has bot lost power because it wasn’t just His blood that poured put but His Spirit!

My friend Klara just told me about this song and video and how it touched her. In 1996 I was sentenced to life in prison. But in 2018 God intervened and gave my life a whole new direction. After 26 years in prison I am not only freed from the power of sin but also the physical prison. Praise God For his grace, mercy, and restoration. Amen!
Almost 3 years ago I almost lost my battle with depression, I went to a church camp and I got born again, I started to put my trust in the Lord and now I'm starting to live my best life! Like so many others on here - I was a terrible human being but an USAF chaplain had the guts to tell me my problem was that I was going to hell and I knew it - that was over 30 years ago. I have been sober, for over 28 years - honestly I stopped counting, I earned my doctorate, got married, and teaching in a college and loving Christ.
By the pure Grace of a loving God I am free from drugs, alcohol and pornography.

Hundreds and hundreds of people on the bank, right at two o’clock in the afternoon, in June, and It hung right over where I was at.
A Voice spoke from there, and said, “As John the Baptist was sent for the forerunner of the first coming of Christ, you’ve got a Message that will bring forth the forerunning of the Second Coming of Christ.”
And it liked to scared me to death, and I went back, and all the people there, the foundry men and all them, the druggist, and all of them on the bank.
I had baptized about two or three hundred that afternoon, and when they taken me out, pulled me out of the water, the deacons and so forth went up, they asked me, said, “What did that Light mean?”
A big group of colored people from the Gilt Edge Baptist church and the Lone Star church down there, and many of those was down there, they begin screaming when they saw that happen, people fainted.
A girl I tried to get out of a boat there, sitting there with a swimming suit on, a Sunday school teacher in a church, and I said, “Won’t you get out, Margie?”
She said, “Billy, I don’t have to get out.” I said, “That’s right, you don’t have to, but I’d have enough respects for the Gospel to get out where I’m baptizing.”
She said, “I don’t have to.” And when she was setting there, snickering and laughing at me baptizing, ’cause she didn’t believe in baptizing, so then when the Angel of the Lord come down she pitched forward in the boat.
Today the girl’s in the insane institution. So you just can’t play with God. See? Now, later, a beautiful girl, went to drinking later on, was hit with a bottle, of beer bottle, cut all of her face down. Oh, a horrible-looking person! And there that happened.”

I've been walking with God and I am here today. I walked away from my gang. My family is stuck behind them street rules and I have family who are behind bars doing 30 years. It's a bother that I'm free and walking with God because my family can't be here with me. But I'm also happy that I got the chance. Now I'm looking forward to doing prison ministry with my wife. Crying!!! I know each one of these Families' stories, some better than others. But in each case, Jesus Christ is the reason for them "Walking Free" from their addiction, healing their family and ultimately, being healed COMPLETELY! I've been walking free for 6 years now. I mean delivered.! The day I was delivered was amazing. I knew Jesus forgave everything I had done and I was a new creature in Christ. This is one of my favorite music videos I've ever seen that God created. I battled a porn addiction since I was around 10, that led me down a path to become an adulterer using technology as a path for it before and after my wedding at age 32. I found Christ in 2017 when my soon to be wife and I met. She encouraged it. I got baptized the beginning of 2019, got married 6 months later. Everything came out a year later and only by the power of Christ on The Cross was she able to forgive me and love me again knowing that's not who I was, but I also am beginning to use my experience to help walk other men thought their struggles and encourage them of a the better ways they can Walk Free. Its only found at The Cross. We are all captives till we ACCEPT that Jesus set us free! My wife and I have our struggles, I still battle with my faults but I know God has my back, and He is at the center of our marriage, healing and pushing us for more! Thank You Father, all glory is Yours!
I was walking outside once, I felt like I betrayed God. I thought I wasn't doing his will right.
Now mind you, I am not allowed to watch any religeous videos according to my parent's rule. But I opened youtube and this song, nothing else like it, came up. God spoke to me directly that night, and my mood was completely changed from enemy to Jesus loves me!!
He really does, and I didn't need to be perfect on my own without Jesus. I was walking free with HIM. Not my failures. I felt free.

When it comes to finding and knowing Jesus, I don't think He will mind you breaking that rule. It's better to obey God over any human. Even parents. Let Lord Jesus lead you, follow Him. He will work on your parents.
My husband's 4 year sober anniversary was on February 3rd. He was going to kill himself, had a plan and everything, but God sent an angel and intervened. He was an atheist, but is now a believer! Only by the grace and mercy of Jesus is he here today! And I wouldn't go back for all the riches in the world! The dramatic change in my husband could only come from God!

I lost my best friend in a car accident we were in after graduating high school. I blamed myself and spent years in deep depression and despair. I’m 28yrs old, I’ve drifted from addiction to addiction, from sinful nature to sinful nature. I’ve been saved 2 times and counting and I keep falling back into the nature of humanity. I’ve been in and out of relationships, jobs and homes. I’m still struggling today. I just got off work early today…. Just made it home… I’m sitting in my car listening to gospel music and trying so hard to focus on who I am and who I want to become.
I've been saved again. And my life is stable. I didn't think I'd make it this far again. But here I am. And I offer the praise for that to no one else but God. I could thank him for the rest of my life every minute of every day, and it would never even come close to being enough.

God led me to this song when I was pretty down, a little depressed and mostly grieving over my wife who passed. This song led me in to a worship for 5 hours straight. Worshiping God in Spirit and Truth! Complete with speaking in tongues. After a couple phone calls, I went back to worshiping all the way to bedtime ! God had broken the depression. I know people were praying for me for that to hit me that day like that ! To that I say, don't stop praying. I want to feel God like that every day of my life ! And you can too. Just get lost in the words they sing. Let it set you free !

I too lost loved ones, and I survived each time by the grace of Jesus - years before I knew him. At my lowest point, when I was lost and literally going insane from fear of losing my only child, I cried out to God. He saved me in every way, and I too RUN to him, because he's my hope and my life.
This song just brought me to tears! For 6 years I was a hopeless addict. I was back in the county jail heading back upstate for my second bid. All I could think about was the day I was released so I could be back at it. I was full of hate and anger, then I stepped into a church service to kill some time and get off the block. I felt the love of Jesus immediately in that room. I tried to fight it. We started singing and I completely lost it. It might sound crazy but I felt my addiction leave my body that day and I'm now 6 years sober and have a new life in Him. He has blessed me with so much more than I ever could have imagined. God is so good and only He can break our chains!! Looking back on that part of my life feels more like a dream than a memory. I know that it was me, but it's not who I am today. Praise the Lord!! Acts 2:38

Today’s Thanksgiving. I’m thankful that my momma dragged me to church and that I’ve known the Lord since I was saved at 11 years old. Momma’s gone now and we didn’t always see eye to eye. She lost her faith at the end of her life. But, I know we’ll be together again one day and Jesus might have to take off his shoe and beat us to get us off each other, but I love her and thank her for doing right by me as a child.

I walked into AA and heard a voice say you are going to get sober in this room. Didn't know what that was but next man who spoke told his story that seemed just like mine. I conceded to my innermost self that I was an alcoholic, two weeks later I asked God," bud you have to help Me, I cannot do this on my own!! I had tried for 40 years and was sick and tired of being sick and tired always sucumbing to the only thing left in my life, the bottle. God took my desire to drink away that night, with God and AA I have been sober for 8+ years. Never knew life could be this good.

I struggled with addiction for years, after a terrible night trying to quit by my own strength I prayed and surrendered it to the Lord, and he took it all for me. I’ve been walking free since July 9th, 2023! I praise Him and give Him all the glory!
This song is so powerful. I have never been addicted or lived on the streets. But the man that I love has been. We met 8 years ago at church. We both served on different teams. And we were very involved within the Christian community. Unfortunately the devil saw an open door to my fiancé. First his brother took his life, he started dealing with depression, he was removed from a position due to an unjust rumor. Then he attempted to take his life in our home. After the mandatory 72 hours he came home, I saw that spark in his eyes again. Only he started smoking weed. That was his gateway drug. Then it was meth. Once he left our home to live the drug life everything changed. I have stood in the gap as have several people on his behalf. He and I have worked things out. He is sitting in a Florida prison now for his violations. He gets out next year. He has slowly started opening back up to God again. I talk about this song to him all the time. And I want to get the book sent to him. Every time I listen to this song and see the video it gives me a little more hope for him…
I know you will most likely never read this but I just wanted to say thank you. Your music brings me light when I'm in the dark it always cheers me up when I'm down and has almost been a therapy for me thank you Micah.

God wants us all to come to him so we can walk free! My son found freedom at a little farm called Ground40 in Monroe NC! There he found that God loves us no matter what as long as we ask for for forgiveness and commit our lives to him. I am forever grateful to Ground 40 for being committed to saving lives and all the people that support this ministry because it is all free! Thank you Lord for blessing Ground 40 and allowing them to preach Your word to lost men and giving them freedom! 🙌

I grew up without a Father. So many walk that same path of life, never knowing the TRUE guidance a Father can provide, the sense of protection, the unwavering love a Father is supposed to extend to his children.
It only got harder once I had children of my own, HOW do I be a Father, when I don’t even know what it means…so many abandon their children asking that same question to themselves.
God changed everything, God began showing me what it meant to love, to care, to nurture…but not just my children, but those around me “thy neighbor”.
I realized I knew no Father, just so I could come to know THE FATHER, when the time was right 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
We are going to have “Moments of Uncertainty”
But that is not as important as the element you use to relieve yourself. Many followers of Christ are still indulging in our vices and addictions to relieve our “Uncertainties”
Lean on God in your darkest moments, lean on the word that says you were created with meaning and purpose, lean on the Grace of God…let it steady your mind, your heart and your body.
I don’t know who I’m writing to, who’s reading this, but God is ready, and waiting for you to seek him, through Jesus Christ, whom he sent to die the death meant for you and I.
Not just on Sunday, not just when you “need” him, not just when you’re desperate…but every day, hour, minute and second of your life.
Develop consistency in Christ, and you will come to know what it means to “Be still, and know, that he is God”

Wow the power of this video is so staggering. I have struggled for years with many addictions all rooted in suppressing my feelings and emotions. I’ve been free of alcohol for 659 days now and I’m working currently in ridding myself of 2 other addictions that have plagued my life and made me feel insignificant and worthless. With God’s guiding light and my mind, body, and soul in sync I’m slowly getting back my life. Remember every single person in this world is loved so dearly by their creator and Father. The only way we can fall short is by following our own will and not his and not submitting to his great Mercy and Love. It’s never too late to let go of the chains that bind you, just make sure you’ve got Jesus by your side. It makes it easier when his light is shining on the darkness. Glory to the King of Kings! I picked Micah and his wife up in Nashville (uber driver)(had no clue who he was) and took them to the Opryland Hotel, I asked him what brought him to town he said he was singing at the dove awards that night. I asked him who he was and if he had anything i would recognize on the radio. He said yeah a couple of them. (this was 2019) I said Sing something for me, he broke out singing in my car and I knew instantly that kid was going places. He's an awesome guy as well and his wife was nice too. Since then He maybe my all time favorite over the last 3 yrs. Love his voice and his song writing is outstanding. LOVE IT!
