What is the tube you have running behind it?

I think you are talking about the fume extractor's flex tube to suck the fume coming out of the barrel area. We have three options on our website.

Was is the decibel level when the machine is running? I have a small workshop in a shared work space

It is about 70 db at idle and can go up to 80s when it is running. It is quieter than most of the fans we have in our place.

Hello from Cincinnati! Would the PIM be suitable for injection molding of rubber? For example a 1/10 scale rubber tire.

@@APSXLLCUA-camChannelThanks for the quick reply! I don't have a material yet. Just wondering if it was even possible with something this size. Thanks!

Yes you can use plastic pellets with some rubber content in it such as PP.

Hi. Is it possible to somehow thermo-regulate molds in this ASPX-PIM unit? (for my Bayblend pellets, this would be ideally between 60-70°C).

Yes the machine can keep the mold at your target temperature by using the variable auto speed air fan on top of the mold.
