Hello, At the price you sell the RDWC systems, you should have at least thought about doing the holes to install the chiller on the central pot .... take this comment into account in order to have more credibility towards your customers and if you want your systems to be more efficient, think about increasing the return pipe, it is really too small, put it at least 32 mm like the pipes that there is between each pot . I have the impression that you have not tried your RDWC system in real-life conditions, especially in summer .....

Don`t let the outflow stream from the waterchiller go back in the reservoir, rather let it go out to all 4 pots with a sprayer at the end of all 4....then you go Aeroponic as well...roots love the 18-20 degrees spray directly to the roots.
@@chrontron6562 Very old thread, but if you wonder what I meant; At the outflow from the chiller, connect it to a 1 to 4 divider (6 or 8mm output) and then drill a hole in each pot at the top close to the netpot, that way you can put one 6/8mm hose with an aeroponic sprayer at the end in each pot, constantly spraying that chilled water unto the roots. This gives you a much better distribution of the cold water in the system & also eliminates the problem with putting young plants w/ small roots directly in the netpots. + the plants just love it, Aeroponic...ARDWC! I btw use 2" pipes (Uniseals for the holes) between the pots for the Recirculation part in my own homebuilt systems....I am afraid these dimensions here on the pipings might end up in clogging by roots. Thanks for your message. We have many types of gardeners using our systems. Typically those plants with a large tap root and big root mass would typically grow well in our systems.
Notti Notts I doubt it they can cost quite a bit of money. I personally dont need one as the water in my system seems to stay aroudn 65 deg. it all depends on your set up and location whether you would require one or not. time of year too. let me know if I can help you out anymore then that
for that price you should have thought of it much better ! those green netpots are horrifying see-through ! if you lay a camera inside you can see an alien light, you have to tape it all up to not get space algea ! also the air pump isn't suffice for those 55l buckets ! and why in the hells world would you make the DWC lid hinging in first instance ???? that's so impractical. Bet i wouldn't even get an answer from you guys. Why would you listen to customers with more experience afterall

Let me get this straight... you built a common rdwc system that has existed for years, made a few of the plastic parts green, and pretend you did something other than make a few things green? None of this is new, none of this is special, all you did was build a standard rdwc system with some green lines and net pots.... And you named it why? Cause you put some green plastic in there? What kind of idiot would pay for this?
Hi Harley, we are known in the industry for creating aesthetically pleasing systems that hydroponics growers love to use. If you take a look at our website we have made many amendments to our recent models and have moved away from the bucket-style that most hydroponics companies are adopting.
Just set mine up with an extra water pump inside the header pot but i think im missing some parts that connect to the barbed teas.

At that diameter, I would expect an ongoing problem with root clogging the return pipes and flooding the buckets.
