Ripper band. Saw them a couple of times 👍
Blimey a trip down memory lane, i knew these guys in melbourne in 77, Adrian always had a belting voice ( & an eye for the ladies) !! i remember Clive their bass player depping for the guy in Melanies band when she came to Oz she took him back to the states with her,i've often wondered what became of him.
Only thing i've come across over the years was that Clive produced Richard Clapton's ''Dark Spaces'' lp in '80's
what a rare one this is, I never knew this of one, I've been a fan of Avalanche Since the self titled album in 1975 and I've been searching for the clips they performed on Countdown, I know they performed Wizard Of Love and I'm pretty sure they did Sweet Baby Brown Eyes and maybe Landslide? you have a very impressive collection of video's, you wouldn't happen to have these in your collection somewhere buy chance would you?
Clive Harrison & Geoff Cox aren't on this, Barry Cram (drums), Graham Thompson (bass), Gerard McCabe (keyboards) + Tony Naylor & Adrian Campbell
