Rip Mark Elliot. He was was the voice over for a lot of these. I know for a fact the bumper at 6:12 was Beau Weaver. He also does a lot of voice work for bumpers.

These used to creep me out a lot back then especially when I saw those on VHS. The voice actor wasn’t the problem for me. It was the sound effect and the way it looked. And when I see these I know the THX logo was coming. So everytime I saw those I always hid and wait for the previews and the THX logo to end.
Actually the three sneak peek bumpers with the same announcer saying here’s a sneak peek at an all new lion king motion picture event Why because all the sneak peek Bumpers especially exclusive sneak peek bumper appeared before the trailers of lion king 1 1/2
My favorite ones are the logos that have the text fly in really fast and the text in the gold bars is bigger, pretty much like most of the Spanish bumpers and some of the French ones and a little bit of the English ones.
5:53 Join us after the Program > Feature Presentation I actually remember that particular sequence of bumpers. 2000s nostalgia. Also, I think we can agree that the first Feature Program bumper is just lazy.
If Netflix were to lower the price of their plans, they should have bumpers like these along with the trailers that fit and the discount would be 25% off. For example, the standard plan costs $15.99, but if you watch the bumper and exciting trailer(s) right before the feature, it would then cost $11.99 instead. For TV shows, it would have trailers for other TV shows coming to Netflix. What do you think of that?
I found these unsettling when I was little. Hell, to this day, these STILL make my heart jolt outta fear after all these years. Feel free to laugh at me- I'll say this, though. The feature presentation bumpers, they actually don't startle me. I actually like them

I can say with confidence, I was not scared of these as a kid. If anything, I found them soothing.
These used to creep me out when I was younger. Especially that voice.
+Kenon Boykin I already know that voice, that is Mark Elliot

Rip Mark Elliot. He was was the voice over for a lot of these. I know for a fact the bumper at 6:12 was Beau Weaver. He also does a lot of voice work for bumpers.

They should’ve gave these bumpers to universal in late 2000s ( w’ “Blu Ray & DVD” & “From Universal & Illumination” )
Brian Cummings is the best at this.
There's also an Italian version of the '' on video and DVD'' ID
