When I was a kid, these bumpers felt significantly uncanny. They still feel a bit uncanny, but I appreciate the consistency and simplicity of these designs. I appreciate that it is consistent with the time on the top (whether it’s now or soon), and the medium or the studio.

The Secret Lab was responsible for the Tron Killer App promo, which I believe is supposed to promote the Xbox port of Tron 2.0, under the title of Tron 2.0: Killer App.
