These are junk after 6 months and your customer service is atrocious. Was great until the coating wore off the wire.

The plastic shielding tube for the wire won’t last more than a year or so. Then it’s just an unshielded wire with no more flex coil. And on top of that they won’t replace it or make a better product.

How do you guys expect people to justify the price if your product has no reviews and no videos actually explaining the product. You guys can't even put in the effort to make a video that's 2 minutes long.
