I work in the trades, i'm nearly 60 and i work with men in their mid 70's. Still working although they do get a bit tired around 2 in the afternoon and that's when us youngster's have to take over!
This guy has nothing better to do than go around filming ordinary working people hoping to catch them breaking some trivial law or petty rule and get them sacked or arrested can you imagine living next door he'd probably record all your movements what visitors you have how long they stay for and what car they drive and if they look like drug users probably films people entering or leaving the local pub after closing time. I wouldn't be surprised if he stands on the pavement filming kids in their swimming costumes playing in their gardens because the pavement is a public place and he's "within his rights"
I'd never even thought of that, where is the legal "duty of care" ? A child, a drunk person, someone in mental distress..this isn't a India where they have active businesses operating on the sidewalk/pavement and the attitude is what we used to have..i.e. YOU be careful !! We have all sorts of legislation and "protection"...well I thought we did !!
I worked in an iron foundry for about a year 40 odd years ago. I can tell you it was very hard work, noisy, dirty. You have to be a certain type of person to work in these places for any length of time.

I've seen this lack of extraction before. Companies cut corners and either don't have the extraction and filters they should, or don't maintain them. No one should have to work in these conditions.

I live in North Wales where the old Buckley IronFoundry used to be situated, and on two days a week they would do a smelting. you could smell it all over the bottom end of the town. It was an odd and uniquely pungent smell, and to be honest I always liked it. However I imagine it must have been horrendous within the foundry itself. They used to manufacture the cast iron shoes that held the white rubber bodies of cats eyes for our roads. Cheers PJ, ✌❤ Bob.
It's a terrible place to work I used to be the shopfloor guvnor in there. Sadly I lost all twelve of my fingers and three of my feet due to faulty machine parts shredding them all up.

100% agree buddy! from footage in this video I have seen a lot of potential health & safety hazards. I wonder when the factory in question was last inspected by the council to ensure they are operating under the correct rules and regulations and also I hope the workers on the shop floor have all of the knowledge required for all aspects of their day to day work and to work within a 'safe working environment' - extremely important as if something goes wrong, the potential of a severe injury occurring can be deemed likely!
