Jāvēd Ahmed Ghāmidī (Urdu: جاوید احمد غامدی) (born April 7, 1952) is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, Quran scholar, Islamic modernist, exegete and educationist. He is also the founding President of Al-Mawrid Institute of Islamic Sciences.
Ghamidi's conclusions and understanding of Islam, including the Sharia, has been presented concisely in his book Mizan with the intention of presenting the religion in its pure shape, cleansed from tasawwuf, qalam, fiqh, all philosophies and any other contaminants.

Where did he tell those conditions? The answer is not convincing. Can a good pious man born in a Hindu Family or a Sikh Family go to Jannah? If being Muslim is the condition then the ans is misleading.

مغربی ملک میں زکات کا انکار جمعہ کا انکار
کتا پالنا گناہ نہیں ہے
حضرت عیسیٰ کی آ مد کا انکار
قادیانی کافر نہیں ہیں

The best example i think for the second question is people know what will happen to them if they murder , but still people commit the act. Or even people smoking when clearly on the packet of the cigarette you see a picture which says smoking causes cancer.

Ignorance of self leads to suffering ,while enlightening leads to liberation and merges to the source. The truth is that eternally, we all are one, so good karma help and bad karma harm us. Those who experiences oneness will definitely love all, help all, serve all.

غامدی صاحب نے صحیح کہا ہے جنت ملسم کی بنیاد پر نہیں اعمال کی بنتاد پر ملے گی لیکن جھالت میں مبتلا لوگ یہ بات نہیں سمجه سکتے
ان الدين عندالله الإسلام
وَ مَنْ یَّبْتَغِ غَیْرَ الْاِسْلَامِ دِیْنًا فَلَنْ یُّقْبَلَ مِنْهُۚ-وَ هُوَ فِی الْاٰخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخٰسِرِیْنَ(85)
ترجمۂ کنز الایمان
اور جو اسلام کے سوا کوئی دین چاہے گا وہ ہرگز اس سے قبول نہ کیا جائے گا اور وہ آخرت میں زیاں کاروں سے ہے۔
تفسیر صراط الجنان
}وَ مَنْ یَّبْتَغِ غَیْرَ الْاِسْلَامِ دِیْنًا:اور جو کوئی اسلام کے علاوہ کوئی اوردین چاہے گا ۔{ اللہ تعالیٰ نے واضح طور قرآن پاک میں کئی جگہ فرمادیا کہ اللہ عَزَّوَجَلَّ کے نزدیک پسندیدہ دین صرف اسلام ہے اور اسلام کے علاوہ کوئی دین اللہ تعالیٰ کی بارگاہ میں اِ س زمانے میں معتبر نہیں۔ اسلام کے علاوہ کوئی کسی دین کی اخلاقی باتوں پر جتنا چاہے عمل کرلے جب تک مکمل طور پر بطورِ عقیدہ اسلام کو اختیار نہیں کرے گا اس کا کوئی عمل بارگاہِ الٰہی میں مقبول نہیں اور اب اسلام سے مراد وہ دین ہے جسے حضرت محمد مصطفٰی صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہ وَسَلَّمَ لے کر آئے۔
اسلام علیکم جناب
قرآن کریم میں کامیاب لوگوں کی شرائط بیان کرتے ہوئے کئی جگہ ذکر ہے کہ
"جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور نیک اعمال کیے"۔ اور دونوں شرائط کا پورا ہونا لازم ہے۔
جس آیت کا آپ ذکر فرما رہے ہیں اس کا اطلاق کچھ اس طرح بنتا ہے کہ جب تک عیسی علیہ السلام کی بعثت نہیں ہوئی تو جو حضرت موسی علیہ السلام پر ایمان لائے (یہودی) اور نیک اعمال کیے۔ اسی طرح جب عیسی علیہ السلام کی بعثت ہوئی تو اب جو ان پر ایمان لائے (عیسائی) اور نیک اعمال کیے۔ اور جب آخری نبی پاک حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی بعثت ہوئی تو آپ پر ایمان لانا (مسلمان) اور نیک اعمال کرنا کامیابی کی شرائط ہیں۔
پس فارمولا یہ ہوا کہ اپنے وقت کے نبی پر ایمان لانا اور نیک اعمال کرنا کامیابی کی کنجی ہے۔

Faith in Allah swt and in Rasool Muhammad saw and the righteous deeds,all other Messengers and revealed Books of Allah swt, and on the day of the Judgement to be believed,then there will be salvation by the blessing of Allah swt, mind it!
Sura asar his sura teaches that all human beings are in loss, except those who have iman (faith in Islam), do righteous deeds and remind others of the Haqq (truth, rights, reality) and remind others of Sabr (patience).
اللّٰہ تعالیٰ اور اسکے نبی صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وسلم پر ایمان لانا اور نیک اعمال کرنا شرط ھے۔ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ اور اسکے آخری نبی پر ایمان لانا جنت کی کنجی ھے۔ اگر کوئی شخص اللّٰہ تعالیٰ پر ایمان لائے اور اسکے آخری نبی پر ایمان نہیں لائے تو بھی وہ جنت میں داخل نہیں ھو گا۔

Explanation is substantive & logical
I think those who are pious and they believe in Allah they will search for the right path and some day they will get the answer so whatever struggle they had gone through they would be rewarded for that and if that happens that person who had not heard much about religion like someone mentioned about peopke living in village or remote areas if they would have urge to seek for right path one day thay will witness it and they would be rewarded for their urge. Otherwise Wallah Alam only He knows the truth.

بیشک اللہ کے یہاں اسلام ہی دین ہے اور پھوٹ میں نہ پڑے کتابی مگر بعد اس کے کہ انہیں علم آچکا اپنے دلو ں کی جلن سے اور جو اللہ کی آیتوں کا منکر ہو تو بیشک اللہ جلد حساب لینے والا ہے۔

This looks like a diplomatic answer and explanation by Ghamdi Sahb to keep his followers liking him. Just like a kid has to go through Pre-Primary, Primary, Classes 1-10 and beyond to get educated, why can't a kid directly go to college when he's 6 or 8 years old. Because the mind is not ready to understand before going through the basics. The same way Allah created human and he knew it would be too much to understand for a human in the beginning if Islam was the first religion. So at first he sent human to do whatever they wanted with their free will then started sending messengers and teach them basics of what's right and wrong. The original idea of teaching the complete framework of life (aka Islam) was taught by Allah slowly and gradually as the humans evolved and when they were ready to comprehend the true teachings. Quoting Al-Quran Surah Maida Ayah #3: "This day I perfected your religion for you, completed My Favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion." So Allah Kareem said so himself in Quran which is the only unaltered book amongst all the Cosmic as well as made up religions in the world. Yes I understand, that most of us muslims are way over in our head these days to call oneself a Muslim and our claim to Heaven is just a wish, we're not on the right path in any way, Allah hamsabko hidayat day aur hame khud se larne ki taqat de. So since we all know each word in Quran is 100% true and spoken directly by God so let's talk abt the Merit Gamdi Sahb is talking abt:
1. Allah said in Quran, Islam is the final religion, all previous ones were meant to perfect this final way of life. Do you Agree?
2. Allah says Muhammad (Peach be upon him) is the last messenger of Allah.
3. Allah made in compulsary to pray 5 times each day. Allah is king agar woh Benamazion ko jannat me daalde uski marzi but are you willing to take that chance?
4. Allah ne Ramzan me fasting, Calucated Zakat (Charity) farz ki hai.
To wrap up, yes if a non-muslim believes in the basics, performs prayers as taught in Islam even in hiding, reads Kalima and believes in it and even don't call himself Muslim infront of the world due to any reasonable personal problems.
Khuda ke liye, don't be ignorant, don't be over-smart you're not smarter than our creator, you're nothing. Don't play with fire.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا خَافَ قَوْمًا، قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَجْعَلُكَ فِي نُحُورِهِمْ، وَنَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شُرُورِهِمْ.
ترجمہ:
ابوموسیٰ عبداللہ بن قیس اشعری ؓ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ کو جب کسی قوم سے خوف ہوتا تو فرماتے: اللهم إنا نجعلک في نحورهم ونعوذ بک من شرورهم اے اللہ! ہم تجھے ان کے بالمقابل کرتے ہیں اور ان کی برائیوں سے تیری پناہ طلب کرتے ہیں ۔

ALLAH SWT said in Quran that Islam is the religion for mankind and Prophet Mohammed PBUH his last messenger. During Metal, all prophets offered Salat behind Prophet Mohammed PBUH. Hence, after Prophet Muhammad PBUH , all previous books/ rules nullified and only Islam is chosen. Unfortunately, Ghamdi sb tries to understand Quran without Hadees & Sunah therefore in many cases his thoughts are against Islam. Like Meraj, his thought are it was just a dream. Nothing actual was not happen. ALLAH SWT Hadiyat ke faisley kerey.

In light of what Ghamidi Sahab says , would this principle of the equality of treatment on the day of judgement also apply to the atheists who, in their overall conduct, might be even better than the believers like Eien Stein or Stephen Hawking ?
First principle to go in the jannat is to believe in the God and afterlife.
If the atheist didn’t get the message then Allah will judge him upon what they used to do.
