In one of the cases, an individual issued a cheque for 60,000/- in my name. I deposited that cheque in my bank. My bank sent that cheque to the the bank from where the cheque was issued . Eventually that bank didnot give any reason, nor honored the cheque, but kept back that cheque with them without returning the original cheque. But as per law you are required to produce the original cheque which got bounced . But I cannot produce original cheque because the issue bak kept the cheque with them . How to go for redressal now ?
