📍 The Armour-Stiner (Octagon) House.
It is the only known, fully domed octagonal residence and the only house which replicates Donato Bramante’s 1502 Tempietto in Rome.
📍 The Old Dutch Church of Sleepy Hollow is an important location in the story, since the Headless Horsman is said to have been laid to rest in the centuries-old burial ground here, where he returns each night from his spectral rides😱

"-Sleepy Hollow is a village in New York State’s Hudson Valley. It’s known as the setting of Washington Irving’s “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.” The author is buried in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
-The Headless Horseman statue is one of the most visited spots in Sleepy Hollow. Located in the Route 9 median between Philipsburg Manor restoration and the Old Dutch Church, this 18-foot tall sculpture of the Headless Horseman and Ichabod Crane
Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown are known to be one of the most haunted locations in the country and has had a spooky mystique surrounding this area even dating back to the 1600s and Dutch settlement days.
