I used to lived there 15 years ago. I had to get out because the crime was getting out of hand. There was a lot of low income housing after the market crashed in 2008. The properties were being bought by corporations and used for vacationers and low income families. One thing I did liked was the proximity to theme parks and Orlando area. I live out of state now, but I'm considering moving somewhere in the Orlando area. Has the crime in Kissimmee been addressed? Kissimmee does have really nice homes at a lower price compared to Orlando, but I'm concerned that my neighboring homes are vacation rentals or low-income housing. It was just a bad experience.
Kissimmee compared to other nearby big cities like Orlando in terms of crime? It’s actually pretty calm. It’s noisy as in traffic, but not bad with crime, especially violent crime. Kissimmee is small so I’m not sure if they will be annexing other Osceola county neighborhoods or if they are building upwards (condos and apartments). I’ve been seeing a lot construction for apartments near the downtown area lately.
Worst traffic ever- Baught out dream jouse at greta price and had to sold it in less than a year. 2 miles ride take 30 minutes. Traffic stay as usuall day and night….!!!😢
What about the traffic I hear about?
The traffic is bad. The city got too many people at one time and the roads ain’t built for it. Take from and 30 year resident.
@@nrtwiztid4I’ve been here for a few weeks now and the traffic seems a lot more chill and relaxed than Miami. Drivers here seem less on edge and the roads are very wide like highways so I don’t know what you’re talking about
Every where you go it will be traffic I stay in homestead and that’s closer to Miami and the traffic is crazy

I love country and boring I'm 35 with two kids 14 & 3 I hope it's peaceful bc I'm looking to move somewhere in Florida not sure yet bc never been there...Fresh start is what I'm looking for
It’s growing wildly. Probably won’t be country for too much longer. It’s just gonna be blended up with Orlando!
If you like ppl blasting spanish music all-day speeding cars traffic this is your neighborhood
compare with European aveareg towns absolutly disaster.
