Our featured artist for ICS2, Irvin Dally, has a captivating voice that echoes with this generation's longing for romantic nostalgia. With all of today's emerging genres producing sub genres of lost undertones, Dally reminds us of the beauty that comes with the simplicity of a pure voice and the lasting impact of lyrical depth. Upon hearing the LA based singer/songwriter,it seemed ideal for us to indulge in the intimacy of his music with a backyard Ice Cream Session. Dally's performance commands our attention with his bleeding-heart vocals and tasteful instrumentals. His stoic yet gentle stage-presence corrals his audience into a state of hypnotic meditation. It's a difficult task to try to bottle this experience into words, but for the sake of trying, I will share what a member of our audience said after Dally finished his Ice Cream Session; "I'm confident in my sexuality to say this: If I were a girl, I'd be feeling some intense feelings right now.
