Opened 6 years ago as of the date of this upload by Simon Property Group, Unlike a lot of simon malls, this one has some cool architecture and plenty of color.
I live in the town of Maricopa, and pass by this every day on the 10 freeway. It is a really neat and clean outdoor mall, I have been here MANY times. I am glad with how close it is to Chandler Fashion Center & Arizona Mills, it has not hurt the business of those close by malls. When this was opened in 2013, Fiesta Mall which was my favorite and childhood mall was already on life support. Strange to think this place has been opened for 6 years already.
I did security at this mall as a Site Supervisor in 2015 and 2016. Looks like the Subway is gone but other than that I am very surprised that it looks like there's been barely any tenant turnover.
I've been to several Simon Premium Outlets and man are they cookie cutter. The ones I went to were MD and PA and look very similar aside from choices in plants.

I live near the St Louis Premium Outlets and it’s pretty much the same except for some aesthetic details and stores.

Well, the outdoor Simon outlets look better than Simon's enclosed malls. Still not fond of Simon's shtick.
